One thing is for sure, they are not lacking in the quality or quantity department. No set of eyes will come close to being bigger than their plates. Trust me. They give you such a gracious portion that by the time you are finished with your appetizer and side salad, the entrees should come in a box to go but, uhm, good luck with that because once you see what they got cookin’ you won’t be able to resist digging in. So just loosen your belt buckle, sit back, relax and enjoy the ride and be prepared to inhale some of the best food you will ever please your palate with. Prepared by Chef Desmond and his talented kitchen staff. –Starting out, our waitress Tina brought us complimentary Sriracha popcorn and suggested their famous, one of kind stuffed wings; Jumbo Stuffed Wings. Cheddar Bacon Mac & Cheese Stuffed Jumbo Wings. I don’t think I have emphasized this enough. JUMBOSTUFFEDCHEDDARBACONMAC&CHEESECHICKENWINGS(que the choir for«Hallelujah!) Before I knew it I was presented with a smörgåsbord of 6 massive stuffed wings with cheese oozing out from each side. We cut one open and a river of creamy golden sauce poured onto my plate like lava had just erupted from a volcano. Whoa! These babies are two meals in one! Seriously, you cannot go wrong with these beauts.(They were my favorite item of the night.) –Let’s Eat! –For our Wine and Dine deal we chose a bottle of Pinot Grigio and two entrees which consisted of the Craft House Fish(Haddock) and Chips with a generous side of cole slaw, and the other, a Fire Grilled Pork Porterhouse smothered in seasoning(this sucker is even awesome the next day after the juice and spices have set in) and the porterhouse was paired with the best red mashed potatoes I’ve ever had. I also had a complimentary side of chunky bourbon applesauce(an item not yet on the menu but can be prepared if you ask for it!) Both entrees came with a full size side salad with house balsamic dressing. Needless to say we had to box up most of our entrees because our wings were stuffed; and our stomachs. The Sweet Stuff — We couldn’t leave without dessert. Fried Ice Cream coated in fried cornflakes with a taste similar to cinnamon toast crunch? Yes please! And golden brown Funnel Cake Fries topped with whip cream, powdered sugar, and chocolate drizzle? They are a party in your mouth. –So, if you’ve never had a reason to go to Olyphant, PA, I am giving you one now. No excuses. Check out Otown Craft House on 400 Lackawanna Ave. They’re Omazing!

This place is great! Great staff, quick service, good amount of beer selections. Food was awesome! I had the BBQ burger and couldn’t find one complaint! The other diner I was with ordered the shrimp wrapped in bacon and that was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend! And while waiting for your food they give you a bowl of popcorn with some kind of tangy cheese sauce! Yummmm!!!

The service was awesome. Our waitress was very friendly though not hovering and made some very good suggestions. Prices were reasonable. The food was very fresh and nicely prepared.

I am not a critic nor do I believe in negative reviews, however one very bad experience after another on my families first visit there. We decided to try it out based on reviews and advertisement. At first glance they nailed it with the atmosphere, the craft brew selection and of course the edgy unique menu selections. That’s about the good for me. We ordered meals for four of us, a chicken salad for my wife, burger for the rest of us(3 if your counting) and grabbed a garlic parm fry app. The fries were great, as they should be, but super small portion for the price. As we waited for a considerable amount of time for our meals, I noticed that other patrons were patiently waiting as well, but didn’t think anything other then Friday night short staffed. As our food came out, my wife’s «chicken» salad plate passed in front of me and all I could smell is fish. She didn’t get seafood, nor was it seafood. It was flaky rancid chicken. As soon as the waitress seen our look of dismay and disgust over the smell she apologized and stated that they only serve fresh foods. Well, I’m sorry you just did not serve fresh food, there is no way that was fresh. I’ve owned my own food business and know exactly what rancid food is and that was a prime example of back of of the house not doing their job ensuring food safety. They had replaced her meal with a seasoned-less sirloin steak salad that had exactly zero taste served over an unflattering bed of iceberg lettuce and tortilla chips??? No thanks, disgust and stares from staff completely killed anything decent that could have come. The biggest kick in the pants was the fact that not one member of management came to the table to apologize or try to make better the situation. I don’t care if the waitress took the salad off the bill, I would have paid for it regardless, it’s the principal, it is a warranted customer complaint, that had every reason for complaint regarding food service safety. One and done for me, but it’s a bar joint and if your boozed up anything taste good. I hope my experience helps, go to Luigis, your much better off. It’s a shame, because they have the cool«wow» factor, but if their game is not on in the kitchen, their going to be another memory on Lackawanna ave.

Des, the chef, is phenomenal! I was unhappy with an ingredient in my dish(personal preference) and he came out to see what he can do to make sure I ate and was happy before I left. INCREDIBLE customer service by Des! I will be back!

Good food. I really enjoyed the cheesesteak sliders. They were pretty small, so this isn’t the kind of appetizer you can eat for a meal, but the taste was excellent. I can’t imagine myself going here and not adding this on to the order next time. I got the stuffed chipotle burger and was a little surprised. I make stuffed burgers myself and have been to other places that make them, and it’s usually the cheese and other toppings are mixed into the burger. Here they cut into the burger and add everything. Even though it was a little different than I had expected, it was still very good. I’m looking forward to trying their stuffed wings on my next trip because they sound so different than anything else around here.

Very good experience overall! Service was excellent! Very friendly and constantly visiting table. My son dropped his sippy cup and without even asking the waitress washed it in the sink for us… I was impressed! Atmosphere was great! Very pub like and beautiful with a great selection of beer. Food was really good… may have been the best wings I have ever had. Great selection of food and very reasonably priced. Beer was a tad pricey but then again all craft beer where ever you go is pricey these days. Great for groups, family and friends!!!

Food was excellent. We sat outside which was nice but the town isn’t much to take in. The beers were good. If you’re in the area make this a stop

Great place with a fun menu. Service was a little slow but I expect all new places to have slower service or small errors until the new staff gets use to the work flow! Will go back again

Long list of craft brews but no Lager? This is still Pa right? Other than that foods great, service friendly, great value. outdoor seating is nice Not that the surrounding scenery is great. But hey its Olyphant… Which brings me back to. Why is there no Lager here? UPDATE apparently my waitress lied or doesn’t know what Lager is, guy next to me is drinking one. And Im here drinking a way inferior beer. :(down to 3 stars now. Came back a second time. Food still fantastic, service MUCH better. Great bar. Great value. Back to 4 stars. 3rd time, got the same waitress who remembered i liked lager! As usual everything great and i like Tiffany the waitress now! Five stars!

Contrary to the bad reviews, we had a good experience. The waitress was attentive and returned several times to check on us. Apologized for the wait for a second round of drinks as the place was busy. Food was hot and drink menu was diverse. Food menu was reasonably priced, drinks on the pricier side. Would be a repeat customer!

I’m a pretty hard judge, but my husband is worse. This is actually the best place to move into the space. We had omg huge appitizer o pretzel… delicious. I had a stuffed burger… yummy. and cooked to perfection. Fries were great. Hubby had flatbread which he loved(hard to please). No room for dessert. Choice between lunch and brunch menu… brunch looks good, will stop another day. Service was exceptional. I had a coffee/alcohol concoction… but they have lots of great reasons to have brunch since there are 15 morning drinks to choose from :). So go, idk what the others problems are but I like it and think this place will actually last :)

I’m laughing out loud as I read the other reviews! Here is out experience. Sat at the bar, waited 15 minutes to get a beer, with 3 bartenders on maybe a 15 person bar. Ordered a sandwich and wings. Waited over 1 hour, and finally asked if she really ordered them. 15 minutes later our food came out. French fries were cold like they were sitting for 2 hours. I order BLT… only thing I could find was bread. My husband ordered HOT wings… he gets some sort of honey wings. We decided to just go somewhere else and eat. Asked for our check…15 minutes later it arrives. Of course, IT“S ALLWRONG! Now the bartender doesn’t know how to fix it! All in all it was a nightmare with crappy food at best! It is one of those places«take a look», cause we will never be back.

For only being open for a day, the staff really had their stuff together and the food was great. We shared an app and had 3 meals. Everything was cooked great, the cuban is highly recommended! We also got the chocolate shots. While there wasn’t much booze, they were tasty and only $ 5. This is a great little place and the food is awesome. Hopefully enough people frequent the place and it can stay open!

Very good food and great service. Recently opened from a long closed prior establishment. The only other food in town was pizza and bar food. It’s great that they have a full menu. And, like I said, the food was really good. My son loved the triple-decker grilled cheese. I had a burger and it was delicious. Loved the roasted red pepper bisque too! It tasted more like a tomato soup, which is fine because I was concerned that it would be too spicy. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant and will definitely be going back with my wife and daughter.
