I’ve rented from Trosper Storage for the last year. Alyssa and Leonard positive, professional and go above and beyond to help you. The units are clean, dry, and well maintained. I was able to rent in a heated building for less than many other storage facilities in the area. I love that I can pay over the phone and get receipts by email.

BEWARE of the extortion tactics of the owner. They trick you into discount for first month. Owner knew I only needed for one month & upon returning was forced to pay 2 weeks when I was ready to retrieve my belongings within the same month I already had paid in full. The girl in the office must not know there are 31 days in July. She locked us out of leaving & she had no right to keep us from the unit which had my belongings. This was daytime hours & when you have paid for a full month, the customer should be entitled to come & go. They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau.

Our experience with Trosper Self Storage has been great! Not only are they very professional and friendly, but the facility is clean, well kept, and has great security. We feel that our belongings will be safe there. We chose this facility because it was close to I-​5 and yet not right next to the freeway. I’d recommend them to anyone.

My boyfriend is from Olympia and has been storing a bunch of stuff in at unit at Trosper Self Storage for a couple of years (I convinced him to stay out here on the East Coast with me).
We check on his stuff when we visit Olympia a couple times a year. Recently we were there and everything is as we left it, which is a great relief to me since I’m kind of the reason it’s all in storage.
The facilities are immaculate, the security is top-​notch, and the prices are totally reasonable. The customer service is also really great and the owner will help find you the best unit for the best price. Nothing beats a family-​run, local business.
They run lots of deals too. We’ll probably move my boyfriend’s stuff out here sometime in the near future, but at least for now we know it’s super safe.
