I went through the drive thru and ordered a gluten free turkey italiano with double cheese, lettuce, pickles, olives, onion, and brown mustard. I ended up getting a gluten free turkey italiano with single cheese, spinach, green peppers, olives, and pickles, and a butt ton of mayonnaise. When I cant even eat mayonnaise! I called to tell them and see if they would make me a new one. not only did the phone ring forever but there was never an answer. It wouldn’t have been a big deal if they would answer the phone and fix there mistake. this is the all time worst service i have ever had at any subway, also if your so short staffed hire more people.

Love that they have a drive through but they need to hire someone to make sandwiches for the drive through in particular. We showed up before anyone else and had to wait 25 minutes because she wanted to serve those who walked in first. Almost faster to go to the subway down the street and walk in. Food was great, just took forever.

This Subway is closer to my house and I had been wanting to go here since they have a drive thru with a touchscreen just to try it out. The entrance to the drive thru is a little weird and you have to pay attention as all the entrances practically have two way traffic in a very narrow area. The touchscreen was in perfect condition and not out of order like the last time I came and it also has an option for español if you need it. If you can’t figure the touchscreen out you can just press the button for voice help OR not be lazy like me and go inside. I noticed right away that it has an option to use saved selections from past orders so I guess it saves your previous orders or frequently bought sandwiches and I assume match them to your credit or debit card so that you can just order quickly. Anyway, if you opt not to use the preloaded orders, it leads you thru all the normal questions they verbally ask you(bread, cheese, toasted or not, meat, veggies, condiment, drink choice, chips or cookie) I think it’s really cool. You swipe your card at the touchscreen and then pull up to the pickup window. Now it just take a little bit for them to make the sandwiches and compile any additional items you asked for but my order came out perfectly. Well, they were out of choco-chip cookies and I was able to get a bag of chips instead. Overall, I’ll definitely be back because even though the wait was a little longer than what is posted on the window the cashier/sandwich artist was really nice. The sandwich was good as well and they actually had veggie patties. Some of the Subways are getting rid of the veggie patty sandwich which kind of makes me :(
