I just went in there the other day to find a hair treatment for my hair since I just bleached it. My hair is not very long maybe a little past my ears. My hair was sort of dry a little here and there but the only way you’d be able to tell is if you felt it. I went in asking for her to point out to me where I could find something that could help and instead I got terrible customer service. This woman told me my hair was so bad I should just consider chopping off my hair. EXCUSE ME? She repeatedly stated how «dead, fried, so bad my hair looks» now even if this was a true statement (which it isn’t at all) that was extremely unprofessional and rude of her to talk to a customer like that. All the other employees there have been sooooo helpful AND the stuff they sell is wonderful. I Just hope no one runs into the beezy brunette on her bad hair day like I did !!

Customer service is awful I was ignored when I was in recently and instead of helping me the employees were gossiping amongst themselves.

This is the best place to go ever. Marsha helped me so much by going above and beyond and my hair is perfect!!! she hand wrote out directions, helped me with everything and I am just so happy. This is a great store and great service and I am so pleased!

To the person who complained about .25 bags, that’s a rule in our county not a rule in this store… SMH! Judging a store on law they have to abide by, shame on you Haha this is a Sally’s beauty supply, it’s gonna have what you go there for. Always a good idea to call first though!

will never shop here again… 25 cent for a bag… wtf! with 10 bottles iof crap… dropping all way to the vehicle… this store deserves a close out situation… similar to other places that have gone bankrupt…

This Sally’s really IS better than the one in Lakewood! It seems less cramped and more organized. The sales associates are so on point and very friendly, offering assistance when needed or stepping back when necessary. I would definitely go to this one!

I love coming to this Sallys, all the ladies that work here with the exception of one person are amazing! I have been frequently going in to try and fix my hair. I went from red to blonde and ended in a nightmare. They have been very helpful from the start and supportive. (It’s traumatizing when you fry your hair and it goes weird colors) Now my hair is happy and healthy and looks great thanks to the ladies advice and support. I do my friends hair as well and come back to get all the stuff. Love this place!

I had to go to Sallys twice in two days because the gal at the Centralia one sold me the way wrong color extensions after reassuring me they were not too dark. I went in to get hair dye because I did not want to waste the 140 $ I spent on the extensions, and it looked ridiculous without dyeing it. I casually mentioned what happened to one of the sales associates and the manager overheard. She was super helpful and polite. She hooked me up with the hair color and gave me a percentage off to correct the mistake that was not even done by her store. The color was still a little too light but that is besides the point. I am happy to know that there are people with good customer service still out there. I will only go to this Sallys now even though the one located in Centralia is much closer for me. However, as an overall Sallys remark, I would go with your gut when shopping there, often the sales associates are incorrect, in my experience anyways. I still love Sallys.

Nice selection of natural hair care products. The clerk was super helpful but very busy stocking. Also, my discount card had expired. The clerk offered to renew and even asked was I military. Awesome service!

They have a good selection of professional products, and a license is not required to purchase (unlike other businesses such as CosmoProf). If you’re a licensed professional or a student, you’ll get special pricing here. There is also a rewards card for a modest annual fee and this will entitle customers to special pricing as well. The staff is friendly and helpful and happy to answer questions. Whatever your salon needs are, you’ll probably find it at Sally Beauty Supply!
