I asked for a bagel sandwich and the gal taking my order acted like I had asked for the moon. She was very curt & abrupt, telling me rudely she was putting my cream cheese on the side because, «we don’t spread it on there for you.» I hadn’t asked her to put the cream cheese on there to begin with but then I had to go ask for a knife because they didn’t bring me a one to spread it on myself. They heated up my bagel with the lettuce & tomato on it which resulted in gross, limp lettuce & a warm tomato. They didn’t bring my mom her chips and when I brought it up, the gal started to go get them and then came back and demanded to see our receipt first. It was a terrible experience — made worse by rude staff. Before we left, we noticed our receipt said if they didn’t get our order right, we should ask for a free treat … Since we’d had such rude service, we decided the last thing we wanted to do was ask them for a treat. I sent an e-mail about the experience and didn’t receive a reply back. Apparently, they don’t care if their employees give rude, poor service to customers.

Literally every time I come here they got my order wrong they forget things for my order and then when I talk to them about it they are really rude especially the manager some shorter lady with brown hair. REALLYRUDE! The first time I ordered food to go and they forgot things I called and told them. She was so rude and seemed like she didn’t care at all then she told me she would send something in the mail to make up for it and it never came in the mail… Then today I went again and honestly it’s the last time I come to this Panera. They forgot part of my order… again and all they say is «yeah sorry…» They don’t even try to make it better your the one that has to say«can you replace it or something?» And even after that they still roll their eyes. I rather go somewhere else.

Had to wait 3 minutes for an employee to get out of the drive thru so I could go through. Pull up to the window and order a breakfast sandwich, and the girl tells me no. I look down and watch my phone tick over from 10:30 to 10:31. I get that it ends at 10:30 but are you serious? First time trying to eat here since moving to town and that alone is enough to stop me from going back.

I don’t know what is so hard about taking an order and making it they its suppose to be!!! This is the 3rd time my order has been screwed up!!! The first time… I understand stuff happens ok. However when your employees talk about their personal issues and what they would like to do and see after work, should not be a topic I should hear when I am waiting for my food because I have to go back to work! 2nd time again gave the benefit of the doubt. The manager present tried to correct my order because his illiterate staff can’t read the order correctly. 3rd time being now… It’s just pure laziness!!! Cut the fucking bread the way it’s suppose to be and the way I paid for it! No I don’t want a cookie I don’t want shit for free to compensate for the idiots you hire!!! STOPHIRINGWARMBODIES and hire people that can read and do their jobs!!! Just do your job! Yet people expect to get paid more than minimum wage. What a fucking joke!!!

Decent food, high prices. People who work here are usually friendly and efficient. There is a drive through as well. «Rewards cards» don’t seem to have many rewards.

this is just like any other panera, EXCEPT that they have a drive through! love the spacious seating area inside, and this panera seemed like it had more plugs than the usual.

Very disappointing. Came in on a Sunday night, so not much to be expected, but the place was disgusting. Dirty dishes on all the tables and food on the floor. Paid for a bread bowl, told they were out. Given a free pastry and a few slices of bread to make up for it, which were both extremely stale and thrown away after one bite. Will not be coming back, waste of my money.

Every time I order anything, they either leave something out or completely botch the whole thing. Recently we found hair in the salad ANDTHECOOKIES so disgusting. I’ve attached a photo to prove I’m not just making it up. A bad review here and a call to the Health Department. Not only are they too incompetent to take an order, but they are a health risk.

I’d give them more stars, because they’re one of the few healthy options for lunch, but DAMN. They just can’t seem to get an order right. order an everything bagel: find a plain bagel in my bag order a greek salad: get the classic salad in my bag order a cookie: get no cookie in my bag Check your order every time. I thought checking for items was enough, but no.

I’m no stranger to both the Olympia and Lacey Panera locations and«yay! I’m a fan.» I’ve always been a creature of habit. When I find something I really like I do that dance until my soles are worn clean through and the DJ has packed his gear. The classic chicken salad has been my go to meal for those times when my body hasn’t seen a vegetable in far too long. I don’t see it as paying $ 7.79 plus tax for a salad. I feel like I’m paying to not have to go to the grocery store, chop a bunch of stuff up, grill chicken, and yadda yadda all while likely slightly hung over and depleted of the vitamins and nutrients essential to the task. Some people may say that the food isn’t really fresh. Some people say it’s much like the Olive Garden where things come in bags from factories in undisclosed locations. Instead of chefs there are teams of morally corrupt scientists carefully designing the next great ciabatta made with genetically modified grains, yeast harvested from in between an orangutan’s toes, and baked in one of the ovens from Buchenwald. To the people that say such things I say… fine then. What I like most about Panera is what I also like about Starbucks, consistency. Consistency can be key when I need a cup of joe or a chicken salad whether in Olympia, Washington or Kickapoo, Kansas(real place, look it up) I know exactly what to expect. If I stop at a one off Ma and Pa coffee stand and order an iced coffee I don’t know if the heavily tattooed nineteen year old in the g-string is going have previously chilled coffee in the fridge or is going to pour hot coffee over ice and charge me $ 5 not for an iced coffee but effectively a plastic cup of horribly watered down coffee with a squirt of moo juice in it. It is imperative that when I’m hungover in Kickapoo that I get a proper cup and some sustenance. If it takes a dozen teams of morally corrupt scientists to make this happen than I say so be it. Mrs. H and I took the drive-through yesterday. She got the French Baguette and I the proverbial chicken classic salad. It tasted just as delicious as the other hundred before it. Only time will tell how long I’ll do the classic chicken salad shuffle but so far there is plenty of tread left on my dancing shoes and the DJ is still playing our song.

This is a great location. The staff is always friendly and the food is always fresh and tasty! I am personally a huge fan of their Pick 2 deal. Their Mac & Cheese is very creamy and tasty. The Sierra Turkey sandwich is a great choice, the bread it is served on rules! I have tried the Turkey Bacon Bravo and it was also good. Their hot panini sandwiches are a good choice for a hot item if you aren’t feeling a cold sandwich or salad. I also used to order their Cheddar Broccoli soup a lot, it’s very well made. I highly recommend getting a Panera card, it’s great! It almost feels like you are getting a coupon every visit.

It’s one thing to have great service on a consistent basis but it’s another to have great service when things go wrong. Some of the ingredients to make my order were not available and they were out of the pastry I ordered too. I can understand the occasional mishap which I believe this was. The manager James, was very helpful and even gave me a couple free cookies as well as my correct order with substitutions.

It is what it is I guess. Definitely nothing bad, but it meet expectations for very good fast food. Today I had the onion soup with a steak sandwich. I thoroughly enjoyed both. The menu is fun and I will explore it more. The people working were very nice. The only down side was the really messy and overly full garbage/finished dish station. Overly cluttered. We will be back sometime I’m sure.

I love the cinnamon crunch bagels with hazelnut crème cheese, but I’m really sad that they got rid of the black cherry smoothie. Totally pissed. I thought Panera Break was going to be my thing, but now I don’t frequent the P. Bread that often anymore solely due to that smoothie. It was to me, the best smoothie that Panera had. My stomach gurgles in hatred as I painfully write this review. I don’t hate you though Panera, my stomach does… but not me. I’m just saying that I don’t want ginseng in my smoothie or just hardcore orange/citrus or «green». I also love the tomato and mozzarella panini. Mmmm… panini. *drools* Otherwise the service is really friendly, they have Panera rewards where you get free stuff and always can add a pastry for 99 cents. The drive thru is a plus too but getting out the drive thru is tight. So take your time. So, the bread and pastries are awesome and the paninis are bangin’ too. The lemonade is really good too. Maybe one day they’ll bring back my smoothie :)

Having come to this Panera for years, I am really confused at what’s happened in the last 2 months or so. My order used to be perfect. I got exactly what I ordered whether I was in the drive-through or I went inside, and everything was hunky dory. This isn’t the case lately. I’ve left the place missing the proper flatware to eat(no spoons came with my soup, or no forks with my salad, or fork with my soup, etc.) or in one case, I was missing the actual salad that was my meal. What was in the bag was actually the rather heavy baguette when I ordered chips in the first place. I really love Panera’s food and their business practices. Please, Olympia Panera, fix your sh*t.

Drive thru is very convenient. I think Panera Bread has an awesome breakfast sandwich. Panera is a high quality brand with high standards. Coffee is kept fresh with new brews every hour. Of course, the free Wi-fi helps lounging inside. I always seem to find a table available for a west side meeting. Lunch sandwiches are good because the bread is good, duh. The pastas and salads are fresh & well done. I enjoy the Panera rewards card by giving my phone number and receiving a free bagel or coffee once in a while.
