Olympia Inn

As one other person said in a review, I wish there was a 0 star option. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a motel on a trip. I checked in in the afternoon and told the manager that my friend who also had a reservation would be checking in after I picked her up at the airport in Seattle. I told him it might be late. We got back about 10:30 and he had sold her room. When we knocked on the office door, he did not want to talk to us. If he would have wanted me to prepay her room that afternoon, I would have, but he did not suggest it. Apparently my assuring him that I would be bringing my friend back to the hotel meant nothing to him. We had to find her another hotel, and the who situation so angered me, that I didn’t sleep all night. I think there’s a lot to be said if people show integrity in business. This manager showed non. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.. On the way back, we stayed at the Tumwater, Motel 6, similar price, and a perfectly lovely place for the money.

Terrible… They also moved all my stuff to the bathroom counter and packed it into my friends suitcase. Never again!

I really wish there was an option for no stars. I don’t know where to start off on the list of things that will send you running. First off the staff is very unhelpful and they all seem to in drug induced comas. The first room they gave us, infested with roaches, called the front desk man to come in, he didn’t seem to care, offered us a new room, since it was too late to find some place else, we took it. In hour after we sat on the bed, we saw on roach, killed it then our backs started itching, looked down on the bed to see bed bugs with bright red bellies! We killed them and decided to flip both beds, and behold, under both box springs, nests with eggs in them! Stay away from this place! Burn it with fire! What ever you do, never ever check into this hotel, I’ve seen plenty of other run down places with no big problems like this. Yuck!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place has the worst customer service, ever. After trying for two weeks to make a reservation for this weekend, and being told every excuse not to make one… I went online, and discovered there was multiple available rooms for reservation.
I have stayed here once, got to listen to the staff talking about smoking joints and shooting heroin while I was waiting to check in. 15 mins later, after calling for them in the back room, someone finally came out to help me. They treated me like a criminal or something. Just really terrible. I’ll be staying at the Fertile Grounds Bunkhouse from now on.
