Alexandra is a great hair stylist. Love how she cut my husband and my son’s hair. I will be going back when I need a trim.

I walked in at almost 2 ½ hours before closing. I asked for a haircut and was possibly getting color. I just asked how much for color. The two girls at the counter starting freaking out that it’s too close to closing and they wouldn’t have enough time. I’ve had my hair colored many times and it hardly ever takes more than 2 hours! I just got a haircut it was literally 3 mins. She barely cut the ends and didn’t give me the layers I asked for. I was very disappointed and won’t be coming back !!!

I got a haircut from Myriam (not sure how to spell it!) a few weeks back and forgot to review. I asked for several inches off my layers and bangs and she did a great job! It’s a few weeks later and I’m still pleased with how my haircut looks and has started to grow out.
She looks pretty young and I was a little apprehensive as I’ve gotten some bad haircuts from newer beauticians before — but I was really happy with the amount of time she spent on my hair and how careful she was to make sure my hair was cut evenly and the way I wanted it!
Also — I know the majority of people enjoy having a good conversation with their hair stylist, but I enjoy having it be more of a quiet and relaxing experience and I got that with Myriam. She probably sensed that I wasn’t a big talker so we really only talked about how I wanted my hair to look. If was very nice! So if you enjoy this type of hair experience I would definitely recommend her and I will be returning to this Mastercuts again!

I have a hair cut session with Alex and I just have to say it is a waste of my time and money. After my hair cut, I noticed she leave strand of hair uncut. So I went in again, she is apologetic and trim it. Then this morning, I noticed all hair is uneven and looks horrible. My husband even joke about I should let my 4 years old son cut it. Now I have to go to another place to get my hair fixed.

Maybe it depends on who you get. I’ve always had really good experiences here. Pam is wonderful. They’re always well staffed. I’ve never had to wait very long and they’re a great value. You can’t go in expecting tea, hot towels and a neck massage, but you’re paying $ 16 for a haircut. Get over it. I hate paying more than $ 20 to get my hair done and Mastercuts fills that void for me. I love them.

Lindsey made me feel fabulous about my look. She listened to what I usually do and how I wanted to try something different. She mixed up an awesome color and created a cut that expresses who I am. It was a very fun experience!

The only reason I gave them the one star I did is because I had to! The past two times I have had such HORRIBLE experiences! I tried I give them another chance but after yesterday I’m DONE! The last time I had my hair cut she missed it up on a whole new level! It’s still uneven! I had to go back in and have the manger fix it up the best she could! She couldn’t make it even because it would have made it so much shorter than I wanted it! I’m officially traumatized about my hair! Nobody will be touching it for a long time! Then yesterday I go in to get my eye brows waxed I’m really picky about my eyebrows and always, well almost always like the way they turn out after I leave master cuts! Well the girl messed them up! I have an awkward little patch missing! I would never ever recommend this place to anyone! And I will be sure to tell everyone to avoid this place! They have for sure lost my business as well as my family!

Went in last night and had my hair cut by Halida and she did an awesome job! I am so happy to finally find someone who can cut my crazy thick hair just the way I want it! Will definitely be going back when it’s time for another trim!
