I searched high and low for a good dentist: one that listens to patients, accommodates their personal needs, doesn’t force unnecessary procedures and expenses, values their customers on all levels, and is knowledgeable, respectful and kind. I feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Ingram when most dentists I encounter are exactly the opposite. Her office staff have always been friendly and receptive and appointments are easy to make. A rare find.

I’ve always had such a great experience going to the dentist, and unlike many people, I LOVE going! Most of that has to do with the staff at Capital Family Dentistry. No matter which hygienist I see, they remember little things I’ve told them in the past, and are genuinely interested in me. They also do great, gentle work every time. Dr. Ingram is wonderful, too. When I was a teenager I had veneers put in on both teeth right next to my front teeth. She did such a great job making sure everything was just perfect, and now, 13 years later, they still look perfect. I also love that it is kid friendly and I’ve seen scared kids go in, then come out happy as can be. Any time I’ve had questions about my bill, they have been more than helpful explaining, and being patient and kind with my questions. I wouldn’t choose anywhere else!

I want to say the ladies in the back are very nice and helpful. The problem is with payment issues. When getting any work done make sure you get the exact amount of what things are going to cost. When asking how much you owe make sure you get that price that they telling you in writing. I was told I owed one amount and that is what I paid to turn around get a bill in the mail(that said late notice and in fact I never even got a 1st bill) I called to ask about the bill and took quiet a while for her too figure out why I was getting billed. I said to her that like all the other times I have been in I pay the full amount and ask for the full amount so I don’t get bills. So I paid the amount I was told and that should be the amount. She told me well no no that is an estimate of what you might have to pay. I tried to explain to her that I was told the amount I was paying was paying the full amount of what I was expected to pay. I was told sorry your upset but you need to pay more. I was never told that the amount I was paying was for an estimated amount. Just beware that even if you think you paid the full amount that they might send other bills saying oh no you owe more!
