Not a big fan for several reasons.
Their customer service doesn’t always suck; yet there are still countless of occasions where it does. Wsecu has the best customer service I’ve ever had. The people there act like they genuinely care and actually help me in a short amount of time. Even for the smallest things bank of america makes me wait 20 min when there’s only like 2 people there.
There are mor things but I think you get the idea. Please guys, get it together.

I am not a big fan of large businesses and favor local, when possible.
But kudos go out to the West Olympia branch of BofA — specificaly Stephanie Williams — for their customer service.
Whether they buzz me in to my safety deposit box or help resolve some fee issues corporate «instigated», they treat me as a customer (in the old time sense). And even remember who I am !
