AM Cleaners

Unfortunately I did not inspect my dress shirts right after I picked them up, but I later discovered that 4 of my shirts were ruined. This was my first time using A&M Cleaners, and I regret it now. I returned to their store to pick up a few items they had to re-​do; when I brought it to the owner’s attention she refused to take ownership of the damaged shirts. She even said it was not her shop that mesed up my shirts. She proceeded to give me more B.S. about how her team could not have missed it, but I just had enough.
I won’t be taking my dry cleaning laundry to the A&M Cleaners in Hawk’s Prairie ever again! It is too risky.

I’ve been here 3x to get my work shirts and pants dry cleaned. The owner is very nice and they do a really good job. They also have my clothes ready to be picked up too which is always a good thing. I’ll continue to go here in the future.

I am in the Army and attempted to get an estimate for cleaning vintage uniforms we use on loan from the museum for ceremonies. By law I have to get quotes before I use government money. The lady working the desk told me she would not do the estimate, was rude, and said she did not want my business. She said she was busy and asked for me to just leave. I will not be returning.

Just moved to town and had a white Ralph Lauren down comforter with a large read stain on it. Others have tried to remove it with no success, but these folks got it out! They said they had to clean it twice, which tells me that they take pride in their work. That and the fact that they’re so close to my home make me a customer for life.

Am Cleaners is five stars all the way. The owners that run the shop are extremely sweet and always have my clothes ready on time. I took a pair of white shorts there that had a self tanner stain on it and I didn’t think it could be removed however they got it out and they look brand new again. One really big reason why I go here is because the machines they use are hydrocarbon which is environmentally friendly and healthier (i.e. non harsh chemicals). I recommend am cleaners, you will be beyond happy with their services.

I have been coming here for years to have my business suits and shirts cleaned. For the most part, the service has been adequate and the results are good. On occasion, they will not be ready when they said they would be.
One time, about 6 months ago, I brought about 30 shirts in to be cleaned. I returned on the promised date to pick them up and learned they could not find the shirts, I returned the next day — still couldn’t find them. Finally on the third day — they did locate them. The shirts they could not find were in packages as if just purchased from the store when I dropped them off. This must have thrown off their inventory process and they just couldn’t locate them.
Fortunately, they did turn up. I still come back here because this was an isloated incident. If it happens again, I would probably not return.

Nice lady, but they’ve messed up like 5x with my clothes, i should’ve learned my lesson before, but I finally have when they lost one of my more expensive pieces of clothing.

Howard’s supposedly couldn’t get the stains out of my bridesmaid dress and put two new ones on it. I took it to AM Cleaners and the sweet employee said they’d remove them. I picked my dress up today and it looks brand new! It was also cheaper and quicker than Howard’s. The facility was clean and stylish as well. I’m very satisfied and highly recommend AM Cleaners.

So far, so good. I’ve been there twice. Sorry. Nothing clever to write. They get the job done.
