My warranty for a light they put in had just expired but Rich and John came out at the end of there long day and fixed it. I can’t speak about plumbing but the guys were friendly and courteous. Thanks guys.

Massively over-priced. They will not give you any kind of idea on price over the phone presumably because their goal is to get their employees face to face with you so that they can try to talk you into their bad deal. Think of your worst fantasy about a schyster used car dealer and you will have a pretty good idea about this company… with the possible exception of the product, as the work was competent.

This is the type of company that gives all plumbers a bad name! Total rip off. Seriously $ 660.00 to replace 2 water supply lines on a water heater, that took less than an hour. If I was not on my way out of town I would have NEVER used them, but circumstances did not give me that option. Be WARNED, please save your money and go elsewhere!!!

These guys are terrible. They string you along and want to replace everything you have. They start with a low bid and 1 item, and as they keep going, adding more and stringing you along. Went from around $ 500 and 1 day to over $ 2500 and 3 days. BEAWARE, NEVERUSETHESEGUYS! If I could give a «0» star, I would.

Called to get an estimate on a job that had already been spelled out by three other plumbers. They charge a service fee just to come look at a job. Flohawks and Rotorooter did not! Seems like they are unwilling to give a little to get a lot, it was at least a $ 5000 job!
