I placed an online order through
to pick up at this location. My order included four sandwich combos (chips & drinks) and four cookies. This was my first time doing an online order. The online ordering process asks you to specify exactly what chips, drinks, and cookies you want.
When I picked up my order, I was given four empty cups and a bag which I assumed contained all of what I had ordered. When I arrived home, I discovered there were no chips or cookies in the bag. I returned to the store where I spoke with an employee and the manager, neither of which offered an apology for not giving me what I had ordered. They expected me, a first-​time customer, to automatically know I was supposed to get my own chips and cookies, when the website ordering process says NOTHING about that. Very rude and disappointing.

Horrible — ticket 31 by the time we got our simple turkey sandwich and salad order they had made it to ticket 39. 50 minutes of my life I will never get back. They said on line orders come first. One ticket was on line the rest behind us. Who ever owns this place needs to do an undercover boss before the go under

I love Lenny’s and eat at the Collierville location a lot. But this Lenny’s service was terrible the only time I went in Olive Branch.
It started poorly when we walked in and waited at the register for someone to take my order for 10 minutes. I finally asked one of the workers if that was the right register and she said it was. 5 minutes later they look my order. We sit down to wait for our order and after 20 minutes I got restless. At this point, a man who had called in his order an hour ago didn’t have his order. An hour for a sandwich!!! He was furious and so were the 10 people behind him. They weren’t busy but they were so slow they looked like they were. Another 20 minutes later we got our food and left with our 2 sandwiches and way too much anger about sandwiches.
I’ll go back and hopefully the service will be better and I can add a good review.
Only good thing about the visit was our food was decent that is why it got 2 stars.
