Used this service for several months in 2012. They were not good about calling first (I have dogs), missed an entire section of my yard (after I repeatedly asked them to spray there), but worst of all, my entire front yard is now dirt (the grass has mysteriously died).
When I called to cancel my service and they asked why I was doing so, I told them and they were unresponsive. No efforts were made to resolve the situation or keep my business. Now I get to pay to have someone sod my front yard.
