Can someone please tell me what they put into their chicken sandwiches that causes such a long line? I must say, these are By Far the BEST chicken sandwiches by any chain restaurant I have visited! For the cost and service, I have had not one bad experience ever from this location. Always friendly and they come out to your car to take your order (This is drive thru) when long lines appear. Koodos to the manager who taught their employees how real customer service is done for fast food!!!

Excellent food, yet slower than usual service. I think this is just because it’s so popular. Always a favorite of mine.

As a family friendly fast food joint with a playground this is my favorite location. Its always clean and the staff is wonderful. The food is always fresh And hot no matter what I order. I would recommended it for sure!

Meh! I really don’y understand the big fuzz about the chicken here… there is another chain that has way more options and the chicken is tastier (starts with Z, ends in s).
I just came here (for the third time in my 6 years of living here!) because the kids of a friend I was taking care of wanted to go there and play for a while.
I had a «spicy» chicken sandwich that was no spicy at all and was lacking so much flavor.

We are traveling through and stopped to grab a bite of lunch, this is a return visit. The food is awesome (as always) and the staff friendly and courteous. This is an awesome place to eat! It’s always busy no matter what time of day it is. That says a lot for any establishment.

The staff at Chic-​fil-​a Olive Branch goes above and beyond to make our dining experience perfect! They always have something extra going on for kids — we saw Santa there this year!

Mediocre Food and Anti-​Gay
The Unilocal Overlords again bowed to pressure from a timid business and deleted one of my reviews. But, I posting it anyway. The problems with Chick-​Fil-​A are two fold. Their food is mediocre, and they are an anti-​gay organization.
I have had food here a number of times, and have been unimpressed. The chicken runs dry, and the breading has an odd flavor. This is true of other Chick-Fil-A’s, and it is true here. Their Chicken Salad Sandwich wasn’t very good for quite a while. Recently, it had gotten better, but is still pretty expensive for what you get, and it is no better than what you get at a Flying J. Also, their waffle fries are odd, again dry and with little flavor.
The other problem is that this is an anti-​gay organization that openly opposes Gay Marriage, and is opposed to gays in general. Their President and CEO Dan Cathy proudly and unapologetically donates to anti-​gay causes. Extensive information is available online. So, if you go to Chick-​Fil-​A, your money is going to prohibit the civil rights of millions of Americans. And, their food isn’t good, either.
