Have had service 3 months. Was signed up for phone in addition to internet which I did NOT want. Duplicate charges on bills, but have been able to get them removed(just a pain!!) Speeds are considerably slower than they should be, and price is outrageous but being in a new area it is on par with the local competition. Customer service is my main complaint. Called about no internet in October and woman was very short and almost rude. obviously not having a good day. Received an email that my email address had changed, and when i called back found she had modified it though it was not something we discussed or that she verified. They would not give me her name or let me speak to a manager to lodge a complaint. It has happened THREETIMES now that a cs rep has butchered my personal info when making a call for tech support. Last time was Thursday, called and scheduled a tech to come out for recurring internet problems. Sat here Friday from 8am to 4:30pm, with no call with an eta. Called and found my phone number was changed, to an out of state area code? Had it corrected and have tried multiple times to speak to a manager or file a complaint. Received an email for a customer service survey, but the link was expired the same day I received the email. Have sent several emails back and forth through the website, with canned responses that do not have anything to do with my complaint. Finally received a call from Heather today and was told there is no way to see who I spoke to on a particular day and time, the system does not log who modifies a customers information, and was told that often cs reps do not even log against a customers account when you call in. She verified my account information and AGAIN found my email address had extra characters in it.(FOURTHTIME) So obviously when they modify the email address I stop getting notifications that something has changed in my account. Giving one star because I have to give at least one star. This is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever done business with.
