I only stayed for one night and would not mind staying longer. This hotel is designed for extended stay guest and my room had a full sized refrigerator, dish washer, microwave, kitchen sink, dishes and stove… Pretty much everything you need to cook dinners for yourself except an oven.
The second floor smelled like cigarettes but it could have been from guests cooking, which is the only reason why I’m not giving a lower ranking.

A newer place and it shows. Polite staff and that’s key. Also this us a long term stay location so it’s not a typical hotel. But it’s reasonable in cost and just south of Memphis. You can stay here and enjoy Memphis then return home to relax. There are plenty of eat places close so who cares if there is no restaurant or breakfast on property. ESP when you got IHop just down the road and we all know how I love IHOP.
