I drove a hour to get here. Needed roof coating before my Memorial day trip. I went to check out 8 minutes before closing. The lady at the counter advised they had already closed the registers for the day, therefore they couldn’t check me out. I told them I drive a hour to get this one item. However they didn’t care. They said to come back tomorrow. There will be complainant sent up.

It doesn’t get much better than this! We go in, spend the night before our early morning appt. and if they don’t finish til just before closing, we stay again. Electricity and water are provided. Service is superb and quality of staff is outstanding! What a plus for the whole area!!!

Awesome! We stayed overnight in our trailer. They closed at 7:00pm, but walked out into the rain to show us the space with electric(30/50amp) and ensured we had what we needed for the night. In the morning, we used the free dump station and filled our propane $ 3.99-Good Sam Discount =$ 3.19. They were so kind! It was cold and they just opened. They made fresh hot coffee for me. So helpful!

I wish I had never purchased a travel trailer here. Almost immediately after we purchased our new trailer, we started having issues. No one could answer a question correctly; our trailer wasn’t ready on the day we were supposed to pick it up; it wasn’t de winterized like it was supposed to be; we weren’t given everything we were supposed to have when we picked it up; and things started breaking before we got it home. Almost every time I called the service department, no one answered the phone, and don’t bother to leave a message, because no one will return your call. I left a message for someone to call me about several warranty repairs, and 5 weeks later no one had called me back. After getting fed up, I wrote an email to the corporate office, only to have them forward the email to the store. Then it took several days for the service manager to respond. Once the manager finally called me, I explained all the problems I had. There was no apology, just told me to bring it in. He asked me to email him a photo of a problem I had with the sofa, which I did. No response. I tried to call back a few days later to make sure it was ok for me to bring it in for the repairs that day. No one would answer the phone in the service department, so I finally just took it up there. One of the several warranty repairs involved replacing the aforementioned sofa cushion. A month later, the sofa is still not repaired. I called them at 5:00 today to see about picking up the trailer, so I could use it while they are supposedly waiting for the replacement cushion to come in. I was informed that the service department closes at 5:00 and I could not pick up my trailer until the next morning at 8:00. How do they expect working people to drop off or pick up anything when you close at 5:00 every day and are closed on Sunday? I guess it’s Saturday or nothing. Bottom line, this place will bend over backwards to sell you an RV, but once they get your money, don’t expect anything else.
