Have always had wonderful service. When first rented they stayed late to let me sign papers cause I was moving from out of state and we were running late. Just got another unit again a month ago and again excellent service. Just down graded to a smaller unit today and they made the process simple and speedy, thwy even looked at what I had left and helped me choose the right size. Would think of going anywhere else. Thanks for the excellent service every time!!!

Just rented this past week and chose this location online. Upon arrival Thad was very courteous and professional; however, that $ 1 first month’s rent? I was told it is «on select units» which of course, mine was not one of them. And the first month’s processing/​setup fee. Overall, a bit pricey without that discount $ 154 for a Med 10×10. Heard afterwards from a family member it was much cheaper near their home. Oh well, live and learn, right? It is a clean unit and facility.

This is my third time renting from Public Storage, and all three experiences have been great! Very clean, safe and unlike like other facilities they keep their air nice and cold .
The onsite manager Thad is very professional and courteous. If you’re looking for a clean and professional storage Facility, I would definitely recommend Public Storage.
