This place has no business being in business. The owner/president Richard P. Massell does not respond to emails or phone calls. He has shown no interest in doing business. Their sales manager, Ken Spencer is no better. He doesn’t respond either. I finally spoke to one person who worked for them at one time, and he explained it as they are simply arrogant. I am prepared to give them $ 60K worth of business and they won’t even return my phone calls or emails. What a lousy organization. Such organizations don’t deserve to be in business.
