I’m not recommend this motel because they’re not transparent and didn’t tell me they not refund earlier leaving even with less then 24 hours registration. If you go there at last minute make sure reserve two or more days only if you 100% sure you don’t have to leave earlier no matter if you just stop by and registry your self. Ohh one more think. If you sure you’re going to stay for 3 days. renew your stay day by day. Administration have no common sense at all.

I would not recommend this motel. Only one lamp in the room. While it was mostly clean, it is super old. Glad we only had yo stay one night. The hotel room was tiny. My husband could barely fit in the bathroom.

I can’t say enough good things about the Sea View. I’ve been coming here for years. The staff are always courteous and helpful. There are a great range of rooms and they are always clean. Though I rarely used it(I am a beach person), there is a really nice pool and patio area with several gas grills. Of course, the location is fantastic … Roll out of bed and you’re on the beach. Great place, great folks A+

The room was very tiny but we could see the ocean from the porch. I can’t stress how tiny. As you walked in, the door hit the foot of the bed. right on the other side was the TV, There was no door for the bathroom, only a shower curtain. Still, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, it had a fridge, and it was right on the beach and right up the street from the little amusement park. I would stay here again especially for the $ 120 price just for the beach access.

My gf and I took a last-minute trip to Old Orchard Beach to support her friend’s daughter with this softball thing. Key words: last-minute. So we weren’t even sure there would be any rooms left anywhere on the strip. We drove up to the main office for Waves Ocean Front Resort because that’s where everyone else in our party was staying. As we expected, they had no vacancies. But they just happened to own the Sea View Motel just two buildings down the road, so we took it. The lady who checked us in then met us at the Sea View office so we could get our keys. She told us that our room was in the building next door. Okay. We spent a good 5 or 6 minutes trying to find our room… finally, this dude cleaning told us in broken English that our room was on the other side of the building, whose doors you couldn’t see from where we were — which our helpful friend who checked us in, didn’t exactly say. I’m a really awesome person and don’t have that kind of time to spare. So we open the door and I’m immediately nose-to-handle with a full-size refrigerator. Beside that, a counter that has been fashioned into a stove top. A couple steps to our right and we practically trip over a mini-counter fit for a dwarf. On our way out to dinner, we got changed in the bathroom because the mini-venetian blinds had gaps not unlike Anna Paquin’s teeth. Try not to get too wasted the night before you leave; check-out time is 10 am. This would all be perfectly acceptable, as I’m a huge fan of Anna Paquin and this is called a motel and not a hotel. However, the price tag didn’t warrant all of the«quirks» at $ 150/night. The redeeming star on this rating? Continental breakfast that didn’t kill us, proximity to the beach and an extra parking lot across the street should the main one get full.
