The chocolate peanut butter cup ice cream is fantastically delicious.

Simply said OMG– every time I stop I try different flavors even though I’m a chocoholic — as Mikey would say«try it you’ll like it» who know’s who Mikey is?

Location is great, building is clean and staff is pleasant. As far as the ice cream goes though… go elsewhere. The soft serve melts instantly and the hard ice cream is so hard your plastic spoon they serve it with will break. Lots of better options in the OOB area for ice cream. Go there instead.

Great location. Tried the Coffee Heath it’s delicious ice cream. Creamy with lots of Heath bar throughout. Will caution sizes are way too generous! We both ordered a small n a cup it was equal to a large. Too big. So try s kiddie if watching your waistline as the ice cream is sooooo good you’ll b back for more.

I’m not even a huge ice cream fan… soft serve or hard… that being said, this place is THE best we have ever had… holy mackerel… soft serve with maple syrup… or simple hot chocolate… hard serve Indian pudding… coffee with Heath bar bits… mint chocolate chip… all utterly transformational… total perfection… PLUS…dirt cheap and soooo much… even the small… none better anywhere… period!

Too. Many. Choices. It’s not a bad thing, but I felt overwhelmed and had trouble deciding. Luckily, we were there on a Saturday night and it was packed, so I had plenty of time to ponder my options. When I saw the tiny sign saying«cash only» and then I checked my wallet, my options became even smaller. I wanted to get one of the fancy sundaes with all the bells and whistles but when you pool your cash and realize that you only have $ 4, well, you make do. I ended up with a basic cone of black raspberry and because of my limited funds, I got a tiny size and it ended up being MASSIVE. I couldn’t even imagine ordering a normal sized one because where would I put all of that ice cream?!? Oh wait, it would go straight to my thighs. I wanted a sugar cone, but settled for a regular cone. The ice cream was really good, as I expected. I definitely ate it fast because it was hot outside and once mine started melting, the scoops were precarious. I highly recommend trying this place out. During the summer months, it’s going to be crazy busy at all hours of the day. It’s also the first ice cream place I’ve seen with a drive-thru, so if you don’t want to stand in line just hang out in the car. They also have a number of picnic tables set up so people can sit and enjoy their ice cream before heading out. The parking lot is a decent size but be careful of people everywhere! Once the sun goes down on the hot summer nights, the lines will get ridiculous. Hooray for them deciding to have multiple ordering windows!

If you drive by this place without stopping, I’m going to go ahead and assume you either are not aware of them, or are lactose intolerant. I don’t believe there is an acceptable 3rd option. This place makes fantastic ice cream. On my stop here, they had 6 flavors of soft serve. And not that little method of adding flavor shots to their vanilla ice cream. No, no. Real soft serve flavors. The normal chocolate and vanilla were joined by black raspberry, strawberry, coffee, and… one other. I think peanut butter. I love soft serve ice cream, and it was great finding a place that has real flavored soft serve available. I twisted the Black Raspberry and the Strawberry. The medium size towered high about the cup, so portion sizes are not lacking. There are many more flavors of hard serve, and the sizes for them all seemed to be quite big. Prices are very reasonable, especially for the quantity. Very good ice cream. Go get some.

Awesome soft serve! Beware that a medium priced arnd $¾ is actually like an extra extra large enough for 4 ppl. My mistake was thinking in boston or nyc $¾ only gets you a tiny scoop or two. I ended up wasting and threw away 80% of my ice cream what a crime.

Had little cash and thought we would split an ice cream — but wow only 2.75 for small hard serve — she had Butter Crunch which was good but could use more crunch and I had Butterfinger which I had never had before. That was creamy and delicious. We will go again.

Extremely good ice cream with an awesome price! The small is only $ 2.75 and the portion will surprise you. It’s also in a great location, right on the way to the pier. We used to be avid Martel goers, but we’ve been coming here all summer. Highly recommended!

Huge servings and low prices! Seriously, the baby size would be a large in our neck of the woods(nyc suburb). It’s not high fat/rich ice cream, so easier to finish the portions.(Ha!). Sorry to say, though, the coffee Heath was not very coffee but there were lots of health chucks. Husband’s chocolate milkshake tasted like dark chocolate. Yum. Would try others before going back.

We’ve had ice cream there twice during our vacation. Awesome! I have tried their peanut butter cup ice cream and mint chocolate chip. Getting a small was sinful — I was so stuffed I could barely finish it! Second time around I went with a baby cone, which is equivalent to a normal big double scoop or medium cone. Great place!

The soft serve twist with coffee and peanut butter is a must. Serving sizes are very large. Worth the wait and the calores!

This is possibly the best ice cream place in the country. It’s not only because the ice cream is homemade and fantastic but with an army of kids I can still get out of there for less than $ 20. Servings are bigger than you expect and well worth what you pay. The only downer is they are CASHONLY!

I don’t think I could do better than Fielder’s Choice. There’s hard and soft ice cream, portions are large, there are places to sit, and prices are reasonable. This isn’t the only place in the area to get good ice cream, but it might be the most reasonably priced place to get such good ice cream.

This is a great new place to get ice cream. So many great flavors to pick from. They have hard homemade ice cream, soft server, and I think even yogurt. The prices are spot on for the area and the size of your ice cream is twice what you would normally get. I have been to other local ice cream shops and normally get a small and have no problem finishing it. I got a small here and I couldn’t finish it. I think I will go for the baby next time. My brother got a medium and we couldn’t believe how much ice cream he got. Excellent value and great location with free and easy parking. I will defiantly be back a lot this summer.

Ordered twice so far and overall the ice cream is good. Lots of flavors to choose from. The sizes range from baby to large. The first time I got a small and thought they gave me a medium or large; it was almost too much. The second time I ordered a baby and it was just about right; uploaded pics of both. Prices are good too.
