We live in Old Lyme in the summer and desperately wanted this place to be good. Sadly, the pizza is awful…

best pizza in Old Lyme. From my experience, if a woman answers the phone you’re in luck, the crust will likely be crisp. If a man answers the phone, the norm, the crust is likely wet and soggy. The price is good. The overall quality of the ingredients is fine enough. But the crust just doesn’t stand up to the toppings.

The absolute best in the area! Always consistent. We usually order pizza 4 times a month, and order it from here 3 out of 4 times. Try the cheeseburger pizza for something different. Wish they had delivery, but luckily they’re easy to get to. Fresh ingredients, never greasy crust. Love this place. Oh and Foxon soda of course!

Very good pizza and a hard working crew in the kitchen. Their specialty pizzas are great, and I have not had one that I don’t like. I knocked one star off because of the dining area. It’s not the best only because it is never the right temperature inside. Muggy and hot in the summer, and cold in the winter. It’s not their fault because they are working with limited space. My suggestion for out of towners is, if it’s a nice day/evening, grab a pie and bring it down the street to the Deep River landing on the CT river.

Loved it, thin crust, good toppings. Beats the square cut Greek greasy pies around here by a mile. Try the Mona Lisa with sausage and Broc rabe

3.5 stars Best pizza pie in the town as of now, though I prefer thin crust(I just think that is the way pizza should be) so I am a little biased. Just the same, this place has fresher, better quality ingredients than the other pizza pie places in the town and superior pizza sauces and that is something everyone likes. Not as oily and thus, does not have that sit in your stomach for what feels like ages kind of feel. Pretty good prices.

One of my favorites down in this area for sure. Love the thin crust cheese pizza here and all the yummy little desserts they have! It’s such a cute, friendly little place with a couple of small booths to sit and eat. Great little mom and pop-type feel.

This is a wonderful option for a no-cook evening; they make fabulous thin crust pizza and use fresh ingredients like scallops, fresh tomatoes, and basil. Their salads also use fresh ingredients and homemade dressings! There is a coupon for $ 2. from Big Y for a $ 10 order or $ 5.00 for a $ 30.00 order. We are fortunate to have such a delicious option in Old Lyme. It’s our favorite take out spot!

Ok, this place is ok. That’s the best I can say. Even if I was in the area, i wouldn’t go back. I would find the next pizza place.

Had a few pizzas from here before. It’s pretty good, that’s for sure. I’ve ended up eating way more than I should have and ended up… um…ill…, not from the pizza, but from eating too much of it. Go for the locally made soda also! Foxon Park is the shizzle! Quick, affordable, and tasty! Just what you want from a pizza joint!
