Highly disappointed. When we ordered our utility trailer we requested a wheel chock to be included. We ordered this 2 months ahead of time to make sure that our request was fulfilled. Days leading up to our pick-​up date, we called each day to make sure ours was going to have the wheel chock. We were traveling long distance and it was imperative to have. We did not want to use tie-​downs on the motorcycle as our only means of securing it to the trailer. The day of, I called an hour before we picked it up and spoke with the employee who claimed that she was there, physically at the building, and that our trailer came equipped with the chock. My husband showed up to pick it up and lo and behold, no wheel chock. Better yet, no females even worked at the location. Truly upsetting and highly disappointed.

I’ve only used this place occasionally, but they’ve always been really courteous, very friendly, and extremely accommodating. I last used them some years ago, and even back then, they were very efficient.
Just recently, I rented a U-​Haul in Kentucky, and drove it home to Hermitage. After being done with it, I dropped it off at the U-​Haul on Lebanon Road. It was empty, but I had not swept it up. They looked, and told me not to worry about it: they wouldn’t charge me. I walked in, and the process of turning it was so fast.
I wasn’t in the store for five minutes. They told me I went over on my mileage, but I protested that I never went anywhere except the place where I grabbed my cargo, and then home (it turns out my wife added about ten miles while I was asleep, but that still wasn’t as much as the mileage overage). Without arguing, they waived the overage cost, which was extremely courteous. They clearly had tracked the mileage and the fuel tank, but this is a place that handles the use of computer technology right. They staff knows the software, they are efficient using it, and they are empowered to make it work right. Too many places are paralyzed by the technology in front of them, and completely negates the benefit to having that technology. The guy I had did it right.
I am thrilled at how courteous everyone was, from the guy who took the truck from me to the fellow who checked me out. I will use this place again.
