Disgusting!!!
Stopped here for a quick bite the other day in between errands and the food was FREEZING. Like basically frozen. My friend’s French fries tasted like they were two days old.
The employee in the drive thru forgot to give us ANY of the sides we asked for. The whole experience was just bad.

This is absolutely the worse fast food place I’ve ever went too. They slow in the drive thru. Customer service bad, employees have attitude, I asked for a straw and extra barbecue sauce and seen there attitude expression. If you gonna have issues don’t work at all… Being stingy with a attitude don’t work!” Nothing but dummy’s and jokers… Wish I can rate no stars!” Sadly.

I wish I could give 0 stars! the customer service sucks-​and you need that for a fast food place! we got those coupon book where you get a small frosty-​we tried to use it and we were told we needed to have more than three people in the car to use one. we then asked where does it say that on the coupon and the cashier pointed to some random print and then shut the window on us. then another time I went the lettuce was so rancid, the sandwich stunk up our car. then wen I asked for cheese fries, which they have now, I was told they couldn’t make it. wth is wrong wit this place?

The managers here suck. They are the rudest people. Can’t even speak English. Food is always cold. And takes forever. Worth going to a further one. This place sucks.

Dave Thomas founded this chain making square burger patties when everyone else was making round ones; why? Because he didn’t want to cut any corners when it came to his product. Fast forward to 2014… this place is all about cutting corners. Half filled fries, ice that fills entire cups (see photo) seriously I think I took 5 sips before I ran out of my drink. This place pretty much is just another fast food joint these days, pretty much since they ditched the 99c 5pc nugget. Seriously though, shouldn’t be eating this stuff anyway.
