This place is the worst. Every time I’m here, the service is slow and the order is usually wrong. I ordered two everything bagels. One with fat free cream cheese, one with regular. My order was called and when I picked it up, both bagels were in a bag, not marked. I waited for the girl filling the orders to come back so I could ask her which was which. Of course she never came back. Mind you, I’m literally the only person in the store. I approached the girl taking orders and asked how I could tell the bagels apart. Her reply, «we don’t mark them, you’ll have to open them up and look» Of course, she had an attitude! So my reply was, ok, I’ll do that. Can you suggest how I go about telling fat free cream cheese from regular? She finally laughed and said, oh, they are both fat free, I’ll get you another one. There’s a Wawa right next door, go there instead.

The girl at the register was slow and spaced out. She was physically there but mentally elsewhere. Terrible service. Whatever happened to «service with a smile»?
