He is not professional and his behavior is unethical. One minute he makes a settlement agreement and the next minute he denies agreeing to anything he proposed. He was never responsive about the issues that needed to get fixed in the house before closing. He lied repeatedly about when he would provide us the documentation to show what issues were fixed with the house. He advised the seller to turn off all the utilities before the house was sold to us and I was left with having to do my final walk-​through with my inspector with a flashlight. The house was without heat for 2 weeks during the time when the temperature was down to 23 degrees for several days.
He finds it appropriate to disrespect and belittle every person he comes across. He boasts that he has 35 yrs of experience in his field yet it appeared he knew nothing about real estate and his 35 years of experience has taught him nothing about ethical conduct. His business is failing because his partners can’t work with him and he keeps losing clients because of his belittling remarks and demeanor. He’s had several Judges reprimand him for his poor conduct and attitude in the middlesex county courthouse.
