He has a great deal, good food, and good prices. He needs to stay consistent. If he raises prices or drops food quality, he will loose his appeal. He needs to keep lunch below 7 bucks. The Tandoori Truck didnt make it with the 10 — 12 dollar lunch.

This is a great lunch for cheap!
I am a fan of the beef satay sandwich and the spring rolls and summer rolls… haven’t had the others yet. The spring rolls are tasty and come with lettuce and cilantro to wrap it in, and a REALLY tasty sauce to dip it in. The Summer rolls run out quick (gotta get there early) and have big shrimps and fresh veggies wrapped up in them. But the best part (for me) is the Beef Satay Sandwich… fresh, crusty bread… a bunch of veggies, and the meat is cooked to perfection.
Everything is made to order, while you wait…
The only problem I have is that they are about ten minutes from me… which might be a little too close for my waistline.

Went back today and saw some new items on the menu. Summer rolls and beef platter. Just the best… Summer shrimp rolls, huge shrimp with the peanut sauce. And the platter was the best.
Never disappointed with the food. Keep up the good work!!!

The freshest and most delicious vietnamese food you will find on Long Island. If you haven’t eater here you are missing out for sure. My wife stopped by there again today to buy me a birthday lunch. Awesome summer spring rolls (not fried) with shrimp and peanut dipping sauce, lemongrass chicken sandwich, and some vietnamese egg rolls. Can’t get enough of this stuff!
