The dine-​in breakfast service was somewhat friendly, energetic, and fast. The dining area was small, but clean, with good background music. This location has a drive-​thru, which was operational during my visit. Not bad.

I’ve been to this store several times over the past few years, and I keep waiting to have a good experience.
The owner of this franchise consistently keeps the place understaffed. The poor workers today were slammed and, since they were understaffed, they were out of EVERYTHING! (Bread, vegetables, ham, tuna, iced tea, etc.) I couldn’t believe it.
I felt sorry for the staff. They handled it fairly well but they were very stressed out. I’m a fool for continuing to try this location. It is terrible! It has been terrible for years. I will not go back.

«I specifically go to this location because of the drive through and most of the time the machine does not work and they have a nasty sign that tells you to go inside to order and you cannot order at the window! When it is not working, I do not get out of my car as that is the reason I have driven out of my way for the drive through option, so I just go to a neighboring drive through Wendy’s. The last three times I was able to order when the machine was working, they got my order wrong and I had to return to get it right. It takes an extremely long time at the window anyway, and then if you have to go back for corrections, it takes your entire lunch hour to get a lousy sandwich! Only a few times, have the window attendants been friendly– most of the time they look bothered they had to deal with you at the window. I cannot recommend this place at all– run, don’t walk away!»

Today there were 10 of us working on a Sunday and we decided that it was time for lunch and wanted subway. I tried calling a couple times before going to get the sandwiches, but kept getting a fax machine. When I get there I walk in and say I have been trying to call you but I keep getting your fax machine; and I need 10 sandwiches can you do that?
They said sure no problem. We lost our phone. What can I get for you. I place all 10 sandwich orders they’re super fast and very friendly. There were only two girls working, but you would’ve thought there were five as fast as they went. They made all 10 sandwiches within a few minutes and got all of them right.
From start to finish I would say I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. They were very professional and I would go back in a heartbeat with a large order.

I go to Subway for one thing. The tuna sandwich. I don’t like raw onions and this is about the only place that does not put onion in their tuna. Another plus is that they have a drive thru, but with an annoying touch screen order board. The sandwiches are a little skimpy on the meat, but if you order double it is usually too much (for the tuna at least.) The bread is always fresh and they have a nice variety of options.
I have also tried the breakfast sandwiches and they are a nice change from the typical fast food breakfast sandwich.
The staff can be hit or miss on service.
