They couldn’t ever seem to follow up as promised or get our printing orders correct (part of the problem is due to too much staff turn over). We’d place an order and 2 weeks would go by with no contact, only for us to call and have them state they had no record of our order. Was put off that when the manager became involved she didn’t bother to apologize or seem to care.

The products and selection suck in comparison to Office Depot and Staples, but they do seem to have really interested customer service folks.
I never have to ask for help, and answers to questions unknown are always researched. the rewards program here is much much better than Office Depot’s

I generally come here for their fax or copy service, but if I am wondering the store in need of something else the staff is always very helpful and friendly in helping me locate what I need. They are also great in helping with any questions I may have. The store is very clean and well organized.
Like I said I generally use the fax/​copy service and give a huge thumbs up to this portion of the store. The employees who work in this area are always very helpful. They quickly assist you and take care of any needs so you do not have long waits. They are always exceptionally friendly.
