Capture the Moment KC

I would highly recommend Capture the Moment KC to anyone looking for reliable and affordable DJ and photo booth services. Jason and Nicole are very punctual, detail oriented and prompt with communication. They met with us on several occasions to make sure everything was perfect. The photo booth was a hit! The color vs black and white photo option, variety of props and photo book really set them apart. Jason was a flawless DJ. The music was spot on and everyone at our wedding, young and old, found cause to dance! Jason did a great job of coordinating the timeline between speeches, dinner, dancing, etc. and was great at reading the vibe of the room. His online portal for setting up the music and flow of the night was also extremely helpful. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Capture the Moment KC – THANK YOU!

We decided to use Capture the Moment KC as part of our booth display at the Kansas City Convention Center, and we were very happy with the overall service.
They were professionals. They responded to inquiries in a timely manner. You sign a service contract with all the terms and conditions laid out. Pricing was straigthforward and reasonable. They showed up ahead of time for both our exhibition days. They added our customized logo to the footer. Attendees were having fun with the props, and they all got photo strips. Our booth attendant was also trying to get more people to come to our booth, which was a plus. So all over very positive.

We used Capture the Moment KC at our wedding reception. It was a blast!
— The staff was great to work with — very responsive either via email or phone.
— The photo booth is a great size. We fit 8 people at one time — It was definitely snug!
— They customize the bottom of the photo strips to be any colors, fonts, little heart designs if you want. We practically got our own logo made.
— Optional «guestbook» for the event where a copy of each series of photos is put in a book for guests to sign. (guests also get a copy)
— Plenty of props come with the booth. Funny hats, pirate swords, a giant beer pillow thing.
— Guests waiting in line get to see what’s going on in the booth via a live stream to a laptop. It helped the line not seem quite so long at our reception.
I have one qualm. We only had them set up for 2 hours, and of course me being the bride I was running around for a good chunk of it. They started to close up shop exactly at the 2-​hour mark, which happened to be when my 4-​year-​old niece and I were headed their way. They Did Not make an exception for us. I realize their time is just as important and «I get what I pay for,» but — no exceptions? Not even for the bride and her (adorable!) niece? Sad face.
TL;DR: CtMKC provides a great, fun photo booth experience. Just don’t get in line too late!
