I absolutely love this place. I’ve been a customer for about 2 years and they treat you right with care and kindness. Extremely accommodating and helpful if you want to try a few colors, and lots of options for different services. Wonderful family run business who works hard to keep their customers and provide the most beautiful nail services in the area!

I had the luxury pedicure and gel manicure. My pedicure was horrible, the girl cut my toe pretty good and to try and stop the bleeding kept pouring alcohol on it. The gel manicure wasn’t the greatest either and she spent most of the time speaking to her mother next to her. In addition the gel peeled off within 4 days. For $ 80 worth of service I shouldn’t leave bleeding and without a manicure a week later. Wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone.

The only salon I ever go to now! Everyone is always super friendly and nice. The salon is nicely decorated and you can tell that they take pride in their building. It is always clean and in perfect condition. I always leave feeling refreshed and happy with my new nails.
My only complaint, I got my nails filled by them and two days later I went back for an eyebrow wax. The receptionist took a quick glance at my nails and said they really needed a fill. After I told her they had just been filled she laughed and said never mind. So be warned, they are pretty money oriented.

Love, Love them! They are the best place to take care of all your beauty needs. I get the gel nails, and I love them! They last longer than any other nail salons.

Very disappointed in this nail salon. They used to be so nice here and customer focused. Now they are only focused on money. They charged me $ 50 for a gel pedicure and when I returned and asked for a regular pedicure with polish, they informed me I would have to pay $ 10 extra to have the gel polish removed. This was punishment for not getting gel polish again. When I objected, the manager, Tri, yelled at me in front of all the other customers and complained about how much it is costing him to stay in business. He even complained about the cost of water. He made a huge embarrassing scene. It was humiliating. I will never patronize this salon again. This guy is crazy and hostile. Save your money for salons that deserve your business. This place certainly does not.

Worst manicure and pedicure I have had in 30 years! Both services were done in under 20 minutes! Really! Where should I begin… how about the man who greeted me at the door and told me to pick toe polish here and hand polish there, only to find out later that the toe polish was somehow $ 7 more than the hand nail polish. No real explanation other than it was special polish. Then the race was on, I think he was competing for a personal best as to how fast he could finish the job! Massage consisted of two swipes up and down my arms and legs and my manicure lasted all of 2 days before it started chipping at the ends. Will never go back there again!

I purchased the 40.00 Luxury Pedicure. From the time my feet hit the water to my last toe painted was less than 20 minutes. The actual service was fine for the few minutes it lasted. Paint job was nice too. The salon is nice, new and clean. However, I could have gone to walmart for an equal service for half the price and twice the time.

Beware! I had a «no light» gel manicure on a Wednesday morning. Later that day I noticed it was separating from my cuticle. I traveled for work thru Thursday and went back into the salon Friday. I asked them to look at the nails so they could decide to paint another coat or redo the painting. The manager, Tri, came over in a very hostile way and started yelling at me that the polish was not for fingernails (although they recommended me spending an extra $ 7 for it) and that my nails grew out causing the problem. Seriously?! After being verbally assaulted by him a lady came over to redo the polish. By the next day the nails looked horrible again. I went back in to show them that their product is not good and show them. I also wanted to find the owner so they know that their employee yelled at me. Of course I was not given the owner’s name so I am writing this to help others know of the horrible service. The Nailery is a much nicer place to go and they have nice employees.

I will never ever ever ever go here again. I asked for simple reverse french tips. it looked like a child painted them. The man who did mine was just not skilled. Also, this place is EXPENSIVE for not even being able to do designs! I went in to get a fill and the reverse french. That somehow ended up being $ 30! I called right after I left the place thinking I could just get over it but I couldn’t. They said I could come back in and they would look at it. Someone else repainted them and I didn’t get the money i spent on the design back. I usually do not go here because I go to a different nail place called Pamper Nails, but Pamper was not near me and Bella was. I suggest you guys look up Pamper Nails. They may not have the best location and it is kind of sketchy outside, but the service is great and they do Excellent jobs. DO NOT go here for acrylic nails.

We stepped in for gel manicures and these ladies did great. Reasonable prices and they even used heating sleeves!

I will never go back here for an eyebrow wax. She butchered my my poor sweet eyebrows. Worst nightmare has come true. I have an uneven shaved eyebrow look happening. Not cool. Can’t speak for mani/​pedis but if you want to keep your eyebrows, try somewhere else:)

I come here every 2 – 3 weeks for a gel manicure. This place is wonderful! My gel polish lasts over 2 weeks and always looks great. The workers are very friendly and work fast.

I was surprised this place didn’t have more reviews as they’ve been open for a little over a year. This is a good looking salon with friendly staff. My nail tech (for pedi) was nice and a very fast worker. The only thing is that I’ve had much better foot/​leg massages at other places. She just didn’t seem trained in that aspect, maybe she’s still learning. :)

I’ve been here 4 times, they’re always very friendly! Michelle has given me 2 great gel/​shellac manicures, but Tim gave me an ok pedicure & a manicure with a horrible paint job on the mani. Tim was most likely having a rough day, so I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, but he just really didn’t want to be there & it was obvious in his work & attitude.
I returned the following afternoon to get the manicure fixed ~ it was bubbled/​pooled/​swirled or some combo of all three on 7 fingers. The manager was very sweet & said he’d get it taken care of. No prob! Tim was there and started to fix things on one hand then the other. He was only going to fix one nail on the other hand when I said, what about this one? It’s bubbled and not attached here, & showed him. He said, no, no, it’s fine. I said no, it’s not fine, look where it’s not attached & bubbling. He grabbed a co worker that was walking by, spoke to her in a different language, she tried to tell me it was fine, I said I’ll get mold under there if he doesn’t fix it. She spoke to him in a different language again & he started fixing it too.
Who does that?!? He obviously had an issue with the application process the previous evening. 7 of my nails were actually jacked up, I just wanted him to fix the 5 that were the worst. So after he fixed those 5, I went on my way only to notice the very next day while I was at work that two of the nails he had «fixed» were bubbled up again. I don’t know what he’s doing wrong; not setting it long enough with the light, applying it too thickly, not prepping the nail well enough, etc., BUT I’m not a nail tech & I can do gel & shellac better than that on myself!
I go to Bella when I’m short on time because it’s so much faster to have someone else do it for me, they’re 4 min from my house & it’s clean cuz it’s new. They also have a gazillion colors! From now on, IF I go back, I’ll be going to Michelle only! I’m not willing to go thru this trial and error period with skill & attitude with another tech!
