The best customer service I’ve had in a hallmark. I bought 7 Tervis cups, 4 when washed ended up filmy & damaged. I have several Tervis cups & have never had that happen. I expected a hassle over returning them @ they immediately took my receipt apologized & exchanged for new cups. Which we have not had any problems with. Great staff!

This is my go to Hallmark store. They are always nice and always remember me, which may mean I am in here to much). They will help you find what you are looking for or are happy to just let you browse and find all the fun things in the store. They have a great clearence section where you can find bags for $ 0.50-$ 1.00, wrapping paper 75% off, etc. This is one of the bigger stores and is a Crown store, so you can find just about everything you need here. Gift card, wrapping paper, gifts, etc. The main reason I like this store above all the other Hallmark’s is because the staff is laid back and si helpful. I have never been ignored here and they have gone out of there way here for me, by letting me open the Valentine’s Day Cards that were wrapped and not out yet. They said help yourself and dig away. Just a great store and great people.

As far as a place to get cards, there is no better than this Hallmark. Everyone that works here is ridiculously friendly. I usually can’t get much past the door without a «Hi» and a «can I help you find anything?» Yeah, I am a guy, so I usually only go in there for a card, or the occasional gift bag and tissue paper. Also, since I am still a guy, I only buy the card for the occasion I need… I don’t stock up for mystery birthdays down the road. So, I can usually get in and out of this place in 3 minutes flat, with browsing time. Parking is always easy as can be. This is a really great place to get your greeting needs!

Having relatives in rural areas, where stores consist of wal marts only. I find myself with other peoples shopping lists from time to time for things they can’t find locally for themselves. Tonight I was looking for a Hallmark Christmas ornament that had just been introduced. I combed the aisle where all the new trinkets were on display, only to find the one I was after had an empty slot under its display model. Please God I don’t want to drive in this heat and traffic to another store to find this thing. Alas, a sales associate came to my rescue and produced the item in question from a display in another part of the store… I’m only sorry that I didn’t catch this girls name. But if you are reading nice blonde lady, take heart that the two fat guys looking for a Snoopy ornament appreciate your help and friendliness.
