Watches Etc

I’ve been taking my battery changes to them for some time now, I don’t know what that Alan E. guy is talking about but there isn’t any grouchy gun-​toting repair person there (at least not anymore I guess). Very quick service, and nice selection of watches as well. I’ve purchased several from them and have had no problems with them! Very relaxed purchasing process, no high-​pressure sales people here.

I’ve been going to this place for a couple of years to replace batteries in three high-​end watches. Every time I go in there, I kick myself for doing so, and wonder why I keep subjecting myself to their treatment. Basically, they are extremely rude to me every time I enter. They act like they are being inconvenienced by me having them replace batteries in my watches. The actual repair guy is the grouchiest person I’ve ever met. He struts around with a .45 auto strapped to his side and complains about my watches every time he has to work on them. Frankly, it’s a ratty little store and it seems to get rattier every time I go in there. They are not interested in my business nor do they care whether I come in there or not. I’m not sure what the issue is, but they don’t ever have to worry about repairing my watches again. I’m done with that place. If I could give them zero stars, I would do so happily.
