This food is tasty! I got their tomato basil soup with pretzel chips and it was a great small lunch for the cold weather!

I stumbled across the food truck during Live On The Plaza and was so excited after weeks of drooling over their instagram photos. The pretzel was soft and hot, and the workers inside were bright and friendly. That pretzel was seriously so delicious.

Twist Gourmet Pretzels was a delightful surprise. I was at a conference Downtown, and Twist was one of the lunch options. Honestly I was drawn to the truck because it had the shortest line. Well everyone else missed out! Twist serves delicious pretzel creations. I had the Spinach and Artichoke Flat Tire, a round pretzel with spinach and artichoke dip in the middle. For someone who doesn’t typically eat gluten or cheese, this was a big cheat for me and completely worth it! I will definitely be back. They also have adorable pretzel shaped dog treat that my pup devoured.

for starters I absolutely think that this new truck is the cutest in Oklahoma City. I love that it looks like a little modern kitchen with the backsplash of Subway White tile. how cute is that? blessed talk about these gourmet pretzels they are the best in Oklahoma City they will get you full. These pretzels are worth every single penny. I personally vouch for the flat tires my ultimate favorite was the margarita flat tire. then door once a live on Plaza Friday night event I did they were out of the margaritas so I decided to try the… spinach artichoke flat tire. OMG! let me tell you once you try this, if you love spinach artichoke you have not had kind of artichoke it is so good.

My first visit here was at Bleu Garten on the Fourth of July. I took everyone’s advice and got the spinach artichoke flat tire. A round pretzel with copious amounts of cheese, spinach, and artichokes in the center. It tasted like a pretzel with spinach artichoke dip which to me tasted delicious! They also had a margherita version of the flat tire which looked equally delicious along with their dessert cheesecake filled pretzel, original, and jalapeño cheddar pretzel. They offer dips to go with your pretzel for a dollar each and complimentary mustard packets. The flat tire cost $ 6 which is pretty pricy, but I was glad to try it, as it did wow my tastebuds.

Background info… I used to weigh close to 300 lbs., not too big of a deal because being 6’8″ I guess I hid it well. Besides calorie restriction, I followed the«Primal Blueprint» lifestyle to reach a healthier weight. Now a big part of the Primal plan is avoiding carbs in the form of pasta and bread, BUT they also believe in the 80⁄20 plan. That means that if you follow the lifestyle guidelines 80% of the time and only relax/cheat 20% of the time, you can still maintain good health. TWISTPRETZELSISMY20%!!! I really LOVE everything they have to offer. I could even plan my entire meal around this truck. The Chester and Chuck make a great appetizer with one of their many sauces. The Flat Tire(both the spinach artichoke and Margherita) are a great«meal» pretzel while the Kirby and the occasional offering of Bread Pudding completes the meal as my dessert. I’m obsessed… I know. …And if I’m starting to feel a little selfish, I grab a bag of doggie pretzels for my mini schnauzer to prove that I can think of someone besides myself.

I may be biased because my favorite snack is a soft pretzel, but this is my favorite food truck in OKC. the pretzels are so good and the dipping sauces are great! I usually get the beer cheese with the original but everything I’ve had is good. Love the food truck culture that is coming up in the city.

I had my first @TwistPretzelsOK today at the @OKHumane event downtown. I had been to a couple of events, but I arrived late, and they had already run out by the time I arrived. So I was really happy to finally get to try them — soooo good! I just had the plain pretzel, with the honey mustard. It was amazing. The truck really addresses the main problem with soft pretzels — by warming up the pretzel right when you order it, you don’t end up with a pretzel that has been sitting under a heat lamp forever and is all dried out. At $ 4 for a large pretzel with sauce, I think it was a bargain. They were fast, friendly, and served a Sparkling Apple Izze for $ 2, even better. I’m sold and can’t wait for my next opportunity to try all the different varieties.

Where have you been all my life!!! The Flat Tire with spinach and artichoke was one of the best things I have eaten, only to be followed by the Kirby. Why has it taken this long to put cheese cake filling in a pretzel, coated with cinnamon sugar?

Yum! Wonderful pretzels. I had the jalepeno cheese pretzel and I must say I was not disappointed. A hearty amount of fresh sliced jalepenos were on this tasty pretzel. I didn’t need any sauce to garnish the pretzel, it was soft on the inside and warm and crusty on the outside. The people working the truck were warm, friendly and helpful. I look forward to visiting this truck again.

Mmm mmm mmm. I am a soft pretzel lover. Unfortunately, they are never up to par at sporting events when they’ve been thawed out and sitting in a case for hours. I had the Chuck, which was the jalapeño cheddar pretzel, with the beer cheese sauce. It was awesome and I thought reasonably priced($ 5 for all of it). I’d been wanting to try Twist, and stumbled upon them while waiting for some friends in the Plaza one night. I’m so glad I tried it! I have also heard great things about the Flat Tire(margherita) and the Kirby(cheesecake) pretzel, so I will definitely be back to try some more selections!

Great pretzels! They have interesting stuff to try when feeling experimental and classics for when you want to keep it old school. The owners are very friendly. Glad to have this new food truck around!

The flat tire is better than any margherita pizza you’ll ever have. The truck itself is amazing well designed with hand painted signs by the owner himself. The other half(the pwetzels) is crafted beautifully by the other owner/wife. They always have a huge line and sell out pretty quickly, so come early and ready. Grab a pretzel for your pup too! They’ve got dog treats.

GEEWHIZ. PRETZELS! Seriously. A pretezel truck. A long time favorite food of mine, soft pretzels, are now showing up all over by way of food truck. IT’S THEBESTTHING ever. Okay, so you know how you can get pretzels from places like the mall and baseball games and random concession stands and they’re great or whatever because you can’t get them very many places, well… you can now, and they are SOMUCH better. I’ve had bites(if not wholes) of almost every pretzel and have not been disappointed with a single one, my favorite honestly being just the simple salted. I hear they have a breakfast Flat Tire and am scouting their menus every time I see they’re out somewhere. I’m not really sure how to rationally and eloquently explain the beauty of Twist but it is one of the best things to happen to the food truck world. My only wish, maybe the cheese dip could be a little thicker? (By the way, Becky and Lance are some of the nicest people, and the drawings on the truck were made by Lance!)

Quite disappointing. Pretzels not noticeably better than frozen/heated pretzels at the ballpark. Beer cheese sauce very watery. Was looking forward to a good experience, love warn, fresh, high-quality pretzels… did not find them here.

What an unusual and great concept for a food truck! I had heard that Twist Pretzels had started serving & was hoping to be able to try them soon. I was really happy on Sunday when I found out they would be in Bricktown for lunch Monday — two blocks from my office! They were scheduled to serve from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm. I normally take a late lunch but had no problem going early so that I didn’t miss my chance. I like the fact that they have both savory and sweet options that work for lunch, dinner, a snack or dessert. I decided to try one of each category. I got the Flat Tire for my lunch. It’s a Margarita«pizza» — cheese, tomatoes, basil & balsamic vinegar on a pretzel«crust». The pretzel added a little bit of saltiness, but not too much, to the taste. I walked back to my office to eat my food so it wasn’t as warm when I finally ate it. That was not a problem for me — I enjoyed it very much. Today, their sweet option was the Natwick. That is a cinnamon raisin pretzel with sugar on top instead of the salt. I told them I was getting it to go to be my late afternoon snack at work. I picked it up at about 12:10 pm. I put it in a ziploc bag and left it sitting on the table in my office until 5:30 pm — snack time. I wondered how it would be at room temperature. I debated about nuking it first in the microwave but decided I would take a bite first. Wow — it was great just the way it was! I think it got gooier while it sat so long. It was slightly messy to eat but boy was it ever good! You can also get one of the available dipping sauces but I enjoyed mine plain. It’s probably a good thing that Twist Gourmet Pretzels will not always be two blocks from my office — that would be very dangerous to my diet!

An amazing food truck selling delicious made from scratch pretzels. They have sweet and savory choices. I had the«Kirby» it is a cheesecake filled pretzel and they have Nutella or Carmel to dip it in. I chose the Nutella and it was divine! I also had the the«Flat Tire» which is a pizzaish pretzel with cheese topped with tomatoes, basil and balsamic vinegar. I had their beer cheese soup to dip it in and it added so much flavor! They had a jalapeño cheese pretzel«Chuck» that looked great and the«Chester» is an original salted pretzel that I heard was amazing. «Otis» the food truck is available for festivals, events, and catering. If you see them out please please do yourself a favor and stop by! They take cards and the prices are very reasonable. Becky and Lance King are a delightful young couple who are working hard to make their dreams come true one twist at a time. Lance is a local artist who designed the logo and artwork and Becky is the amazing baker responsible for the recipes. They are local to Oklahoma City and excited for their food truck adventure!
