The install team was very nice. They sell the accounts to a national company. We had to pay a cancel fee of $ 900 after selling the house and relocating to Las Vegas for work. We paid the fee to cancel the service because we could not transfer services to our new house because they do not have locations in Las Vegas. After paying the fee they sent us to a collections company for payment on a paid account. Would not work with us on the fee and were very rude about it.
