Taco Bell

This location is terrible! To sum up my experience without this turning into a rant,
I ordered a burrito that had potatoes on it, while waiting for my order, a guy walks in saying his potato soft taco was not in his bag, the manager on duty (guessing because the color of his collared shirt) told him they were sorry and could make it but they’d have to cook the potatoes and that would take a few minutes. The guy settles for something different.
I get my burrito and the potatoes are old and hard and just gross. I take it to the counter and the manager tells me the same thing! It will take a few minutes, well, its 12:30 pm on a Saturday so why everything isn’t fresh is beyond me. I agree to wait and then they make the order wrong! Almost like a retribution for making him actually work.
The food wasn’t fresh, I truly believe they cheated the guy with the soft taco ON PURPOSE like they served me the garbage, purposely and I cannot wait to share this story with some upper management.

Forgot my burrito and the manager yelled at an employee in the front of the register. Really classy environment, swan napkins helped that out

Horribly managed. Food is great, but the service SUCKS! Expect to wait 15+ minutes and expect them to mess up your order

The slowest service ever! I was desperate for a Sriracha Quesarito so I decided to wait thinking it wouldn’t take 30 minutes. Every few minutes a car in front of me would decide just to leave the line so I would think I’d get to the front faster. Nope, still took 30 minutes overall. The cashier did not even apologize as if it’s a common thing.
Of course, I figure its just one of those days. 4 weeks later I return thinking service would be back to ‘normal’. I was wrong, same 30 minute wait. At least this cashier was nice enough to admit «I’m so sorry, there is only two of us working the entire restaurant.»
Well, that’s that. I always give 2 chances and sometimes 3, but not this Taco Bell. Will never come back here ever again and this place needs to be shut down. Absolutely horrible management and staff. DISGRACED.

This late-​nite drive through was okay. It hit the spot, and there were no flies in my burrito!
Actually, this was the first time I ever tried the «healthier» fresca menu & it was pretty tasty. I got three $.99 bean and veggie salsa burritos, and I was full after the first two.
With no other options around (at 1am in OKC) — this meal was just perfect.
