We hired RPM to manage our 8 unit complex in Oklahoma City 3 years ago. We had 3 other companies in the past and RPM has done the best job so far. They have kept our place fully rented, and helped us with some significant due maintenance issues (ie gutter replacement, roof repair due to hail damage, and recently window replacements.) We are in a historic neighborhood so we have some additional hoops to jump through to get things done. RPM has charged us appropriately. They are upfront with their pricing and seem very competitive. I don’t expect them to work for free. I am very pleased with RPMs service. I like their transparency via their web portal– I see when rent is collected, yearly inspection reports, lease renewals, repair requests by tenants. We have had only 1 eviction in the past 3 years. I highly recommend their services.
