On 1⁄7 Kyle took my order for an iPad mini screen replacement. We had the wrong password which I called and gave him the correct password within 10 minutes as requested. I went to pick up the iPad mini on 1⁄17. The iPad was locked out and said that it required 23 million minutes to reboot. I was a little surprised that after demanding the password for reboot that the iPad was not in working order. The actual screen replacement was done by Erin who seemed competent, but the store manager Rahi was rude, not easy to work with and refused to let me talk with his manager. I then called the main office to deal with a district manager named Ryan. Evidently Ryan has no back up when he is out and problems arise and he won’t be available until Tuesday. The right thing to do would have been to charge parts for the screen and refund any labor as the mini wasn’t in working order when we picked it up. I paid $ 120 at drop off. I’m frustrated with the level of communication, the attitude of Rahi the manager and the overall level of Customer Service. Rahi is quite immature to be a manager and it shows with his dealings with customers. Go to Apple at least they stand by their work!

Ok, PS3 is still working great AND they called me to let me know they were extending my 90 day warranty to 120 days! So far so good.
