Very disappointed with curbside service. We called n were told a 30 min wait to pick up. We showed up after 30 min and called so they could bring it out. Waited 10 min, no food. My husband went in and waited almost 10 more minutes while employee tried to handle another customers rewards issue. My husband finally spoke up and told him how long we had waited and was asked to wait again. While in take out area another employee and the manager came to area but no one offered to help my husband. We gave up and left and went to Red Lobster who gave us our to go order in the 20 min promised over the phone. Normally we love this restaurant but we prob won’t be back anytime soon and def not for take-out

I went here for a friends birthday party. Unfortunatly the food was just meh! The food pretty much tasted like Panda Express minus the cheap price. Appetizer– Crab Rangoon/Wasn’t that good, Wasn’t really flavorful Main Meal– Honey Chicken/Wasn’t that good, especially for the price. What was annoying was the fact that they put the chicken on some sort of white hard no flavored noodles, that kept getting stuck to the chicken, when I went to take a bit. Not sure what the purpose of the noodles that looked like shredded styrofoam was. I got fried rice with my meal, and it wasn’t good. It tasted like brown rice with added peas and carrots… For the price, it’s really not worth coming here. You can go to much better places that is more authentic/flavorful. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

I like this place. In fact, I would argue that no one has better fried rice than Chang’s. The egg rolls and wontons are very good as well. I have never had bad meal here. The service can be hit and miss though.

I made a reservation online which was awesome. The menu had a decent selection but way over priced.

PF Chang’s, what can I say, it is one of the better chains. My friends love the PF Chang’s and the Cheesecake Factory — 2 chains with massive menus, overpriced apps, and consistent service. I got no beef with coming to this location. It’s nice, clean, big enough for large parties, good service. The food is consistently pretty decent. Nothing on the menu has me like, ‘This Was The Best Food Ever!!’ but nothing ever lets me down here, either. Good cocktail menu.

Good service but nothing special food wise. Wouldn’t be able to tell difference between PF Chang’s and fast food Chinese. Food was greasy and generic and Cabernet Sauvignon was served ice cold(not ideal).

Excellent service and food. Ad a little wait on a Friday night, but that is to be expected. Food was excellent. Service splendid. Ambiance is a little loud but still pleasant. Will be returning.

Love the food, service has always been excellent(I’ve gone at 11am, 3pm, and 5pm). I love PF Changs for the lettuce wraps and the egg rolls, every thing else though kinda is even with other Asian restaurants.

My wife and I got the dinner for 2 option. Soup, app, entrée and dessert for 40 bucks. Pretty good deal and Phillip was an excellent server. 5 stars for service. We tried the egg drop and hot & sour soup. Both were better than most places but we preferred the egg drop. Then we had crab wontons. They were my favorite part of the meal. Perfectly cooked, good sauce, and has some actual crab in the middle! For entrees we had the changs spicy chicken and Singaporean street noodles. Both were good but not great. The spicy chicken was much sweeter than it was spicy. Both items were marked spicy and we agreed that we would need to ask for extra spice next time(my wife doesn’t even particularly like super spicy food). The street noodles had a good flavor. For dessert we upgraded to chocolate cake. It was chocolate cake. Delicious but nothing unique really. We’ll be back for sure but nothing was so overwhelmingly delicious that we’ll order it again.

P.F. Changs is pretty good for a chain restaurant. I like the family-style portions so everyone can share a bit, and the food is consistently good. My favorite is probably the Chang’s spicy chicken — sweet with a little bit of a kick. If I’m in the area, I know I can get some good Chinese food, but if I’m home I’d probably choose my go-to takeout over the high prices at Changs. It’s worth visiting if you’re closeby.

The wife and I went on a Tuesday morning at 11am. We were the first couple in there, sat quickly and that’s where the service stopped at a «5 star level.» The waitress was incredibly slow for being, literally the only customers in there. She seemed to take a smoke break between each encounter with us. Super slow, had to wait for every step. I can understand if busy, but they were not. Only reason 4 stars. I ordered the crispy honey chicken, actually the best I’ve had anywhere. I’ve had this dish at several other asian locations and this is hands down the best anywhere. Perfect sweetness/saltiness ratio. Very crispy and moist chicken. I still don’t understand up charging for fried rice, but that’s every where. Good food. Sufficient service. Would expect better service for higher prices for Chinese food.

The hubby and I went here for a celebratory meal, and for once in what seems like a good long while, the meal and the service were on point. I chose the vegetable lo mein, which was large enough to bring half home, and full of veggies-not just a single spear of broccoli tossed in like take-out, though pretty salty but it IS Chinese food… and hubby had the crispy honey chicken with fried rice. His portion was not very large, but the flavor was, he said, wonderful. For dessert I chose the banana spring rolls with pineapple coconut ice cream. The winner here is that ice cream. If I had to eat my way out of a room made of ice cream, it would be that ice cream. The spring rolls are unique and drizzled in tasty sauces, but I wouldn’t spend the calories on hot bananas in fried dough again.

For non authentic Chinese food, they do a pretty good job. There’s almost always great service. The restaurant itself is clean. Slightly pricey, but still good food. Update: All the changes! No longer serve lunch pricing on Saturdays like they used to, they also don’t give app plates with edamame. You have to request app plates for any food you share. When you ask them to take your finished plates, they give you a crazy look.

Northern style spare ribs, dry rub, never disappoint! There aren’t many chain restaurants I frequent but these dry rub ribs are something I cannot escape. Now their Chang’s spicy chicken should be renamed«Chang’s Non-Spicy chicken». Sooooo misleading and I missed some flavor on the plate. Unfortunately all the kegs had blown on this visit so no draft beers … Wha whaaaa. What happened to their house sauces? No more spicy mustard, soy and chili??? Service was speedy so that was appreciated. Share your entrees because the entrees are a bit expensive.

Went to PF Changs for lunch today and man has it gone down hill! 1st of no special sauce anymore used to made at your table now premixed in the back WTF? The couple that I went with ordered the dinner for 2 they had Kung Pao chicken & crispy honey chicken, I ordered dinner for 2 as well because my wife is in Branson and I can barely fend for myself so I’d have left overs lol!!! I ordered garlic noodles(highlight) & S&S chicken Here is where they have gone down hill besides the sauce they have changed, changed, changed, the food all chicken wasn’t the crispy deliciousness that PF has become synonymous for, it literally tasted like cheap Chinese takeout! Decent but not $ 40 worth of food… so… We eat entrees and bitch about it them then this is where the poop hits the fan again!!! Desert is no longer the little cakes in a shot glass… no now it’s a fricking a wonton with vanilla crème in it or chocolate raspberry and you can’t get on of each WOW!!! I mean come on Mr. Chang if it ain’t broke don’t fix it!!! Sad face all the way around usually it’s just piss poor service now the food is piss poor as well??? Highlight was noodles as stated and then I also got a strawberry lemonade to go which was delicious so… Not all bad if u like simple noodles and lemonade!!! Prolly won’t be going back! I HATECHANGE!!!

I get it. I get why people like this place. No one is going to argue that P. F. Chang’s is authentic Asian cuisine. Most everything on the menu seems to be drenched with their«sweet & spicy chili sauce.» But they are consistent. What I had six months ago, tasted exactly like what I had yesterday, and will no doubt taste exactly like what I’ll have six months from now. They’re like TGI Friday’s. Except with better service. And better food. And better everything. Having said that, the entrees are kind of pricey for what’s put in front of you. You won’t walk away hungry. But you also won’t walk away going, «I’m glad I spent $ 15 – 20 on that meal…» [] P. F. Chang’s How-To Guide [] When someone(that I like) invites me to join them for a get-together. Step 1: Sigh and say, «Okay.» Step 2: Try to show up late, because everyone is going to take forever to decide what they want. Step 2a: Get yelled at a little by Tanya M. for trying to be late on purpose. Step 3: Order one of the overpriced starters(personal favorites are the dumplings or dynamite shrimp). Step 4: Order the fairly enjoyable and shareable-sized Combination Fried Rice, and request that it be made extra spicy. Step 5: Share the food once it arrives. Step 5a: Struggle with the idea of sharing food. Step 6: Pay somewhere in the neighborhood of $ 20 + tax/tip for two people(as opposed to $ 15 – 20 + tax/tip for one person). Step 7: Suggest another restaurant for dessert. Step 8: Leave moderately satiated. [] P. F. Chang’s Alternate How-To Guide [] When I’m invited, but soon after discover that there’s going to be someone there that I don’t particularly care for. Step 1: Say, «Aww man. I’ve got a… Thing…»

I kind of always forget about PF Chang’s. In fact, ten out of ten times, I will call it Pei Wei’s. Like, every time. But we were meeting my mother-in-law, and it sounded good to me, whatever you call it, so we hiked up north for the good stuff. However, it’s not that good. It’s not bad, that’s not what I’m saying. It’s just — I guess I prefer Pei Wei, and I certainly do for the price. The food seems to me to be the exact same thing — same portion size, same recipe, everything. But at Pei Wei, it’s faster, cheaper, and you don’t have to deal with(or tip) a server, who in our case on this particular Sunday evening, did not seem to want to deal with us either. She wasn’t bad, just having an off night I’m sure, but it seemed as though we were a bit of an imposition on her. At Pei Wei, there’s none of that. I also just feel like PF Chang’s used to have a little bit more ambience, or a bit more swagger. I remember the first ones I went to years ago were smaller, darker, more intimate, more like an authentic Chinatown find. This one just seems like any other chain restaurant on Memorial — it could have been anything else in a past life, and could be anything else in a future life. Just roll the ol’ stone horse out of the way and you’ve got yourself a Friday’s. I think perhaps it has just homogenized just far enough to have jumped the shark. It used to seem like a really nice place to eat, and now it just seems like a Cheesecake Factory, all the while there’s a younger, more accessible cousin just around the riverbend, so I’ll probably stick to that.

Man, I forgot how much I loved this place, until my recent visit. For a chain restaurant, it’s top of the line. The food is as good and the menu as consistent in Vegas as it is here. They have the best lo-mein I’ve ever had anywhere and their Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch dessert is to die for. I definitely have to eat here more often. Their 4 course meal for 2 for $ 45 is the way to go.

Excellently and elegant Chinese dining. Different from the norm with upscale atmosphere. Clean and spacious. The egg drop soup was also different from regular places. The broth itself was amazing and tasty… my wife even loved it and she doesn’t eat egg drop soup. The pork dumplings was hot and tasty as well. Wife ordered curry rice noodles and we both loved it. Mongolian beef was tasty and meat was tender. I added broccoli to mine and it was yummy. Portions are fair to pricing. Enjoy and try it. Plus you have option of gluten free.
