I’m giving this five stars. I thought the level of all of it was very professional, from the ticketing to being received at the venue, to the venue itself. The performers were great, even the volunteers who are new to classes and to improv in general. Even though there’s not much«production» to improv with no sets or props, the production value to those things that were produced was high. The lighting was great(thanks to amazing all-around good guy Trent Lawson, volunteering at the light board), and the sound was good. I thought the keyboard in the third act was a nice touch. The space was lovely, and a full bar is a nice touch. The bar maid was either surly or unhappy in general. It was unclear, and I’m sure that’s a volunteer thing too, but it wasn’t a big deal. Not worth taking a star off anyway. I’ll be coming back to improv.
