We’ve been in here a few times now, and every time we’ve been pleased with our experience. They test your water for free, and then let you know what adjustments need to be made to keep your pool sparkling clean.
If we were experts and just needed to run in occasionally to grab chemicals, their service would be one thing. But neither one of us has ever cared for a pool, and every time we go in we go in, we have about fifty questions for the staff, and I feel like we’ve met everyone by now. They’ve all been very helpful, polite, informative and patient.
I imagine we may be able to find these chemicals a bit cheaper at one of the big box stores around town, but I know for certain that I won’t find a more helpful or knowledgable staff anywhere, and it’s so close and convenient, I can’t imagine we’ll go anywhere else.
