Poor communication! Kodilta SUCKS!
I have been trying to get in touch with Michelle E. and anyone with Kodilta for over a week now thru emails, phone calls, and texts – and have been unsuccessful at making any housing arrangements. I have not even gotten past the inquiry stage as to whether a unit is available. It took several emails over a course of the week to get a response that stated «We are closed on the weekends but will re-​check availabilities and let you know tomorrow morning.» Well, letting me know «tomorrow morning» never happened! I called the company that morning during their business hours, only to reach an employee of their messaging service who took my info for a call back. That has yet to happen. I called again this morning, and lo and behold – according to the person who answered the phone, Michelle or anyone else is unavailable to talk to me!
I highly DO NOT recommend this place based on my initial impression! If they can’t even take care of a prospective client, what makes anyone think they will be attentive to one who already utilizes their service.
