We ordered this service when there was some suspicious activity in our neighborhood back in March of 2013. You get sticky sensors to put up around the house and all the equipment you need. We had several issues with the sticky things staying put and had to get more which cost more $. You are charged per sensor I believe. The customer service is great. It cost us $ 43/​month and a 3 year contract which we did not realize at the time. We tried to cancel last year but we’re told it was a 3 year contract. I just called to find out how much longer we have and to find out about canceling. It’s a 30 day notice and a payout of 80% of the remaining contract. They did offer a slight pay off discount but not enough to make a difference to me. I asked to receive the contract bc we don’t have a copy of it so I would remember next year. After submitting my original Unilocal review I was contacted by this company and we worked out and agreement which made me happy. I must say I am impressed with their customer service.
