good vibe, clean spot, nice staff. but oh my god so much wompwubwubwubwonnnnnnnommmmpwompwomp. Not really my normal type of place, but for what it was, i enjoyed it, or maybe that was just because someone else had the tab that night.

Who doesn’t love a wall of speakers? I thought of ending my review there but here it goes: I attended opening night and definitely enjoyed the atmosphere. I didn’t feel like I was in Bricktown. I didn’t even feel like I was in Oklahoma! The layout of the club is pretty cool. There is a bar in the middle of the club and on the rooftop(yes rooftop!). All in all the club is pretty nice. Great people, great bartenders, great DJ.

So, in the world of generic music there is Frequency in Bricktown OKC. Basically, they don’t give a sh*t. This is the first Bricktown club that I have seen that has had enough balls to go outside the box and say that they will play whatever the eff they want, and if they want a following, they dont care if its a commercial following. Their bar is large and their bartenders can accomidate you accordingly. Their dancefloor is insane and you can still have a conversation outside of their front runner, and you can always talk smack around their chalkboard bathrooms! I really like their DJs, their Managers, and their Bartenders, I really hope this place goes off!!!

A refreshing change from the normal hub-drub atmosphere associated with most Bricktown clubs. The system will move you(literally, it’s quite impressive). The drink are reasonably price and who doesn’t love a patio on top of the bar? I know I do. The sound is eclectic but echoes house and dubstep. I’m a fan. I will be back.
