Duct Squads

About a month ago I had odor and black mold in the system, I have 2 girls who are extremely allergic ,
I didn’t know how to make it stop, one of my friends told me I should check my ducts, thought I’ll give duct squad a chance … Two nice technicians came to my house and inspected the system, they cleaned out each vent and show me with a cool video cam the aftermath! It was amazing ! After they sprayed the system with some chemicals and ever since no more odor !! Highly recommend !

We recently moved into a rental home that smelled so bad of cigarette smoke. We were able to get the smell somewhat out of the house and then we turned our air on. What do you know all the smoke came right back into the house through the vents… Oye! Which led us on a hunt for an air vent cleaning service.
We found Duct Squads through Unilocal and thought we would give them a try. We called and they had an opening for the next week but I explained my urgency and if anyone cancelled we wanted their spot. Sure enough, someone cancelled and they were able to get to our house earlier than expected. Yah!
Two guys showed up, and immediately put a covering over their shoes when they came into the house. They counted up all the vents and gave us a quote which seemed reasonable and then they got to work.
Within about 2 hours all our vents were cleaned and it was amazing :) They also put something through our vents to help fight off the odor, among other things. They worked quickly and really went above and beyond to clean the vents and the vent coverings.
During their time, a kitchen light was accidentally broken. We are all human and these things happen and the workers were more than apologetic. At least you could tell that they try to do good work and felt really bad about a mistake. Duct Squads went above and beyond to make sure that the light was replaced and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. They really made the light their problem and I appreciated it so much since I don’t know how to replace a light fixture.
Overall, it was a great experience AND our house does not smell like cigarette smoke anymore… Hooray! I highly reccommend Duct Squads. Aaron, Nate and Mateo all did a great job.

Matan from the Duct Squad tackled a very difficult vent cleaning job at our house. He was a little taken aback as to how to clean a very long and oddly installed vent in our older home. Matan worked until he figured everything out and got the job done with great proficiency! I will call The Duct Squad again if I need them in the future!

EDITED: Upon hearing I was displeased and that the first tech did not preform proper cleaning. The company called and was very apologetic and sent another tech out to do the job correctly. Giving 5 stars because not many companies go the extra mile to make things right. Thank you. Second tech was very friendly and very thorough and cleaned ALL the floor vents this time. Thank you for good customer service.
First entry: Got a coupon in the mail for a «whole house duct cleaning including return vents». When they guy arrived, he immediately started trying to up sell from a $ 39 coupon to several hundred «duct cleaning with spinning brush cleaning with a spray sanitize formula». I kept telling him we just wanted to $ 39 coupon deal. He literally opened 2 return vents, vacuumed them out and said he was done. This is a complete scam and worthless. I had taken the time to remove all my vent covers so he would have easy access and he never touched them. Horrible customer service and rope-​E-​dope scheme attempts to get in your house with a coupon to convince you to spend hundreds of $$. Will never use again.

My family owns a restaurant here in okc, so we like to get our air ducts clean regularly. I mentioned getting them cleaned out to a friend, and they referred me to DuctSquad. I called the next day, and they came out within a couple of hours. They did an amazing job, and I will be calling them everytime I need them cleaned!
