They pretend to be a christian, family oriented company. They are not. For a man that worked his tail off for them for no less than 45 hours a week for months, they FIRED him for not volunteering to come in on a saturday for overtime. He had worked every saturday for months but gave NO indication that he would be working that particular saturday. We had plans. Out of the 5 guys working in the shop, only one showed up. They fired him for a no call, no show on a VOLUNTARY overtime day. Needless to say, this is NOT over.
