College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving

An absolute debacle from start to finish. Showed up on time, but one of the drivers was so sick he couldn’t get out of the car. Little did I know it would be 3 hours before a team could return. What should have taken 3 hours total became an all day affair. Of course, the movers took both a lunch and refueled for gas, too. That time was not included on my time, thank goodness. Also, has mentioned a grandfather clock was being moved. Neither of these young men had ever moved one, and had been given no instruction. It arrived damaged. I called the owner, and spoke to him briefly. Still waiting to hear how they will take care of this. Very disappointed.

Moving my daughter into her new 3^rd floor apartment, with a U-​Haul full of stuff from grandparents, friends, etc. The Hunks were extremely easy to work with from scheduling to followup. Jason & Jacob showed up, unloaded the whole truck in no time & were very sweet & professional. We will totally call them to move her again

I have ZERO complaints! We closed on a house Monday and Wednesday about 5pm I thought ‘wow, this really sucks and is taking forever’ so I gave college hunks a call. They were able to work me into their schedule Thursday, the day before a holiday weekend!
Let’s fast forward to the day of, I got a call about an hour and a half before they were to arrive to let me know they were running about 30 minutes late, no big deal, I appreciated the heads up. They arrived at the updated time and got straight to work. I was impressed with their speed (they jogged back to the house from the truck after dropping off each item) and care with my items. I heard zero profanity while they moved my junk, they were polite and courteous and I would recommend them in a heart beat. They even stopped in the entry hall with every item and let me stick foam sliders on the bottoms so we don’t have to worry about scratching the hard floors in the future.
We ran longer than expected, but their pricing made it easy to figure the adjusted cost. There is a flat rate for the truck and then it’s an hourly rate for the movers. I purchased optional insurance for $ 50. We paid an hourly rate for three movers and they ended up sending out a fourth for unloading. I strongly recommend!

College Hunks Moving truly provides Stress Free moving as they claim they will! Trust me, moving stinks! Lots of decisions have to be made and tempers can flare. Doesn’t sound like a good time. But… Chris and his team of Cameron and Cap arrived on time, were friendly, professional and very hardworking. They helped us move from one house in OKC to another PLUS unload 2 large PODs. We all had our work cut out for us. They made it so easy!
Prior to the move, I interviewed both hourly and piece + hourly movers, so I did my homework. College Hunks Moving uses the Hourly method. They finished the job on time, without a hitch and if I ever need to move again (Hopefully not!!!) I will use them again.
College Hunks Moving is owned by an ex Military woman. The company is relatively new to OKC. If you can, please help their business grow!
