Started my proceedings at the tulsa office, got a Groupon deal so went ahead and did it because I could afford it, after butchering my back there office gets shut down because there so called doctor lost his license now my tattoo is half way done snd I’m left w scars. The people were not doing the best of work. wish I would’ve gone somewhere else

I bought a «package deal» from Groupon and I didn’t use all the sessions. I agree with the other frustrated customers about the machine always being broke. They didn’t even call me before I drove about 45 minutes for my appointment & I took off from work for this. After several times I took off work, I knew my employer was not happy. The laser treatments burned my skin all times & after the first time, I asked her to be more careful – it didn’t help. I think she was not trained to do this. I read in the paper the doctor was fined for having unlicensed personal doing the treatments. I think I was one of the patients that was practiced on. I will probably contact the medical board over the treatment I received.

Very unprofessional. They claim to have scheduled my appointment on a day that I know I would be unavailable. The date that they scheduled me I traveled an hour and a half to the laser hair removal location… to only find that they gave me the wrong address! Spent FOUR HOURS driving around OKC, eventually finding the so called location where they give treatments and they did not even have signs up to identify the business. They are awful at communication: bad at returning calls, not apologetic for the inconvenience they put me in. Do not give them your business, you are wasting your time and money. Bodytrends should not be in business.

RUN AWAY!!! As another review said, this place is very unprofessional. It is not mentioned in the living social or griupon, that all laser treatments are done clear across town from where you do your consultation! And at an orthopedic office no less! I thought I was going to be getting treatments at a spa, not a run down, sketchy orthopedic office on the south side. The front desk girl, candy I think her name is, she’s rude, unprofessional and didn’t seem apologetic at all, when I discussed with her the inconvenience of the treatments being done somewhere other than the bodytrends spa. Horrible customer service, half the time their machines/​lasers are down, and they clearly do not care if this inconvenience makes their customers unhappy. Its all about the money with this business. I will NEVER buy any service ever again from these yahoo’s. Just saw on the news that the orthopedic office was seized by agents for the doctor running a pill mill out of this place! BE WARE PEOPLE!!! GO TO A REAL MED SPA!

Very frustrated with Bodytrends. Their address is close to my home so I purchased a package. Only to find out the studio where laser treatments are done is really far away. Very inconvenient.
I had two treatments done and was called to say their laser was down when I went to do the third. After a ton of phone calls to reschedule, the only person who can schedule is Candy, and I apparently always miss her and she forgets to call back. After finally getting in touch there were no appointments available. I would have assumed that they would try to get those clients they canceled in as quickly as possible. Not the case in my experience. It is now two months later, original appt was schedule April 23, and I still don’t have an appt. At this point I just want a refund. I have had laser hair removal before and had great results. Haven’t seen the same results with this laser. Overall very dissappointed in the results and customer service I have experienced at Bodytrends.

So far I have undergone 3 treatments on 3 tattoos and the last 2 treatments my tattoos didn’t change at all. Don’t think this is working for me.
This is an add on to my first review.
It’s also out of the way for me to drive to their south side office. Where they do laser removal when I am north and had my consultation in their north office.
Was really hoping this to turn out better for me
