I lived in the Legacy at Arts Quarter for a short four months shortly after they first opened. It is overpriced and not in a great area. We did enjoy the courtyard while it was warm. Meeting people around the grill was a fun way to gain a sense of community. The ladies in the office were helpful and easy on the eyes. We lived there before it completely filled up but as we started to get neighbors we quickly found out the walls were pretty thin.
