I went for lunch, the place was empty, the table covered with crumbs. It took forever to get my bowl of soup and salad. The salad was ok, the soup not so much, don’t bother coming here.

I was staying at the comfort in and suites right behind this Applebee’s, the guest services book said that Applebee’s would deliver food to the hotel not only free of charge but at a 10% discount of the cost of the food for being a hotel guest. When I called to place my order they informed me that not only would I not get my discount but I would be charged a 15% gratuity for the delivery which was supposed to be offered for free. Needless to say I am not thrilled with their customer service or their false advertising

Went in late for carryout with my wife and one of my sons. The bartender came over to the high top we sat at and took our order. His name is Trevon. He was quite personable and attentive to us. He let us take our time, without feeling pressured. He memorized our order which was for 7 people. I love it when servers/​bartenders memorize orders. It tells me they are paying attention to me. He checked the kitchen several times for our order, just to stay on top of it I assume. He also stayed on top of his guests at the bar. He even greeted some guests at the door. This guy is over the top. Kudos to this location, especially for Trevon. I can’t say that we will be back, because we are just passing through. But I hope this review will encourage others to stop in here. Thanks a bunch…

Me and my dad have eaten at this place about 4 times. He always gets a steak and i get the chicken fried chicken. Its always delicious. We have never had any problems with the staff. They did have some torn cushions. Looks like they have replaced or had them fixed. Overall, a nice place.

Went to Applebee’s tonight, place was empty and lots of servers. Our server was nice, but seemed all over the place? Our food came pretty quickly, it was decent. We both got a pasta and it was supposed to come with garlic bread. I asked the server and he said oh ya I’ll go get that. He never came back. We finished our meals, never got asked for a refill, we couldn’t find him anywhere to flag him down, about 10 minutes after we finished out food he came with the check, THEN asked if we wanted a refill? We politely said no thanks, and he didn’t mention the forgotten bread. We won’t be returning.

As a former server, I can truly say the server here was horrendous. No knowledge of the beers on tap, no knowledge of the menu — acted clueless and laughed about it. Had to ask for salad after waiting forever, she announced 10 minutes later that she «just figured out how to ring our food in». Really? Food took forever and didn’t taste that great. Tried to charge us for double the amount of beers because she made a mistake and then laughed it off. Manager was standing right behind our booth and didn’t notice/​did nothing to fix the problems. I never tip badly– EVER — but this girl deserved it. Will NEVER go to an Applebee’s again.

If you are using Unilocal you probably aren’t looking to go eat at Applebee’s. But if you are, avoid this one. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by a dank smell of mildewed carpet and humid air. It only get worse from there. Food is gross, silverware is dirty, unprofessional staff, descriptions/​pictures in menu are far from what is served. And what ever you do… do not allow your children to eat from the kids menu, not safe. As a public service I’m going to call the health dept on this place.

The food was very mediocre and the staff was very friendly but extremely slow and un-​attentive, we were disappointed as this is one of our favorite food chains but even the food fell below the line as compared to the other Applebee’s we have had. I had to keep repeating my order because she kept repeating my order wrong and as slow as it was we were here for nearly an hour before our app was even delivered. Maybe it was a bad day, regardless we will make the drive to Edmond just for the better service.

Have eaten here several times and the food is always good. However, service is hit or miss. One evening we were completely ignored by who we were told our server was. The bus girl finally took our order and told us she didn’t know why the waitress was ignoring us. We did get our food… but the waitress walked up and down the entire time and wouldn’t even make eye contact with us. Bus girl never came back either, so we never got drinks refilled or checked on at all. I think the waitress felt she was being overworked.

Great staff, but the food is inconsistent. Ordered a burger and found out they don’t do MEDIUM anymore. The patty was over cooked and dry. The wife’s soup and salad were good. However, i won’t be back.

That was so much fun, I am ready to do this again! I was so blessed to go to this Applebee’s for Christmas Eve Dinner. We were not talking much, we were eating. The service was great, the atmosphere, and the food was outstanding. This applebees really stepped it up and cooked up great dishes. Their Fiesta Lime chicken and the steak was prepared to perfection. The waiter was always coming around checking on us and filling our drinks in a very timely manner. This is one of the best Applebee’s I have ever ate at and I will continue to go here for great food.

Service is generally hit or miss at this location. I prefer the location on Nw Expressway. Food is always pretty good regardless of the location because it is a chain and they have certain specs they have to go by. The apple-​tini has always been a fave drink of mine. I used to LOVE their teriyaki chicken bowl thing but they took that off the menu. They actually have a pretty good menu selection and you cannot beat their 2 for
$ 20 deal. I hate to admit it, but they have the best spinach and artichoke dip I have found. You never have to wrry about seating because even on a Friday or Saturday night, the place is generally pretty empty. I would give it another star if the service was not so hit or miss.
